trollers for days who say stupid jokes and can get 300,000,000 kills with a unbalanced weapon(bo3) or a awesome well balanced game that makes it so you cant just rack up thousands of kill with one gun and blue team so that add 3,000,000,000 points to halo 5.
Bought both as I found Black Ops 3 to be an enjoyable experience. The multiplayer was wonderful to me during the beta, so much so I might play it more than Halo 5’s multiplayer.
Because Halo chooses to push the boundaries of what Halo game-play is over all. It takes more risks that Cod ever tried and that is probably way most Cod games that come out seem to be far too similar to one another. Its like your just buying new maps and guns with different skins on them.
Ive been on halo longer
I haven’t chosen Halo 5 over COD just yet. I’ve got a close eye on COD to see how it fairs review wise. Just wanted Halo first.
Both games seem enjoyable, I honestly think that I’ll play Halo more often.
Chief.
I’ve put in over 1000+ hours into all COD games, played every single one… but I’m done with that series, finally. I don’t hate on it, it does what it does well, but that formula ran dry in BO2 (+Ghosts) and when I was playing AW I knew I my time was up… It’s the same thing, over and over again. Although admittedly I am kind of wanting to play the new zombies mode… but certainly not worth the price of admission.
Halo pushes the envelope. From story, to forge, to custom game types, to graphics, to no-loadout old-school fun - It is and always has been the king of FPS. And I’m so f***ing glad its back.
The grunts are funny.
Because cod is awful and full of noobs
Worth it
I GOT BOTH HAHAHAHA
halo good, cod terrible so much lag, the terrible lag

> To be quite frank I didn’t choose Halo 5 over CoD for the simple reason of “just because its Halo”, I simply chose it over CoD was over quite a few reasons. The story is and will be much richer than CoD in every means. The Matchmaking has given me more to remember than just a game that has been a simple “I see you and you’re dead” kind of game, ah Halo 3 death cries. Forge, is another reason because of the creativity Bungie and 343 has given us to play with our friends and other people alike. Theater and Customs, just watching funny clips and creating gametypes like Chess, Floormaster, Cops and Robbers, etc. These alone have given me more the reason to buy and play Halo for years to come.
> Thank you Bungie and 343I
I feel the same
I didn’t choose Halo 5 over BO3. I flat out don’t like call of duty, so what’s there to choose over?
I play Halo for the story and the campaign and everything. That said I also play CoD for mindless killing and mayhem.
I prefer Halo’s story and overall arena game-play compared to CoD’s
COD is so overrated the they basically copy and paste the game with a different theme.
I played every single COD up until Black ops 2. I had several videos in MW3 with my dropping MOABs with run and gun alone. I was good. But then it started to take a turn. I don’t know it started to feel like the same exact game over and over. Just reskinned. Copy and pasted code. I got tired of it.
Then you add the hackers with their wall hacks, modded lobbies and whatever. You know what I am talking about. It ruined everything.
Then you have Halo. Halo was my first original xbox game back in 2001. I have always loved the story. Loved Halo 2 multiplayer, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST with friend on the couch, Halo Reach, And Halo 4. Call me crazy but I have not had a halo I have disliked one bit. When Call of Duty made me rage with crap hit direction and connections to bad spawns. I could hope into a game of halo be losing by 30 points and still have a blast. Call me crazy but I dunno Halo is far less stressful to play even when losing.
The other smaller detail to why Halo was chosen for me over Call of Duty is the whole aspect of shields. The game requires more skill. Those who do not use team work or pace shots and aim better are brutally destroyed. unlike in Call of Duty where you can shoot someone 3 times in the pinky toe and kill them. In halo as you know. Got to drop those shields first. (Unless your using the sniper or another power weapon.) before you can pop them in the head for the “one shot.”
All and all those are some of the reasons why I went with halo over COD.

Same, halo is much more interesting and was my first game on xbox
I didn’t choose Halo over CoD, I’m just not buying CoD
