Why did you choose Halo 5 over BO3?

because call of duty is just an update of the last game each year. and the black ops franchise is the main one responsible for killing the game series. halo has a batter overall story the multiplayer is more enjoyable when your working as a team and its not the same game every time it comes out.

  1. Because I’m in love with Cortana
  2. Because Halo has a descent campaign story.
  3. I love Halo.
  4. Its more colourful.
  5. Lost interest in CoD after Ghosts.
  6. Prefer Battlefield to CoD
  7. I want to be a Spartan.
  8. I like to kill aliens.
  9. To go above and beyond.
    Etc. etc…

The story, man. Gotta know what happens.

The campaign story, the multiplayer, forge mode, custom games, etc. I love me some Halo

Call of Duty became way more for casual players than Halo.

You just can’t compare both games… It’s pointless in my opinion.

L@mouf !!!

Looking forward to the campaign much more in Halo 5 than in BO3 and I also believe COD is just a let down now every year.

Cause i like to play new things and a good and deep history. Not a new not so good and same game every year.

I don’t want to stop playing the Halo Game so I will not stop now.

Why not get both? Lol

i will be playing BO3 a lot more thought because they made a 10th prestige achievement again and it’s actually worth gamer score…

I’ve played since the original Halo. The story keeps drawing me back in.

I just love the lore and the stories in the halo universe more than I could ever get into a COD story.

Halo is very competitive and you always have options and time to react. COD is too easy, it’s like swat on steroids lol

I did not choose Halo 5 over BO3, so much as I just refuse to purchase another iterative COD game. If Halo 5 does not bring anything new to the table and is not stable enough to be fun online, I won’t be picking up Halo 6. If they stopped making COD games every year and actually released something with genuine updates, I would check it out again.

Also, on a more positive note, I am really digging the locked 60fps over locked resolution concept for Halo 5. I think by now we have all realized that our Xbox One and PS4 systems are not capable of all we had hoped. That in mind, I would far rather play a lower resolution stable game than a janky piece of crap, ala pretty much all releases through holiday 2014. 343, like Dice with Battlefront, chose to compromise on resolution in order to achieve stable frame rates with high quality textures and exceptional lighting effects. This generation is going to be one of compromise, and Halo 5 appears to be compromising in all the right places.

Now, I am just hoping those servers are stable. If any of the MP is peer to peer, I am probably out. I do not have the time to be trolled by another host shotgun.

Yep! Every COD afterwards felt the same. I have never really had good experiences with the COD community either.

I got both, but will probably enjoy Halo 5 more.

I love the halo as a whole, every part the games, books, comic, films, and toys. I think Halo it the Star Wars of gaming.

It’s cause i like how the BR looks and the graphics look beautiful plus the story of it too and you can tell how much work the makers of halo 5 put in it

Halo 5 is fresh. Although it has a feel like the previous halo games, they added originality to the game. CoD on the other hand, is the same recycled garbage year after year

Yikes. I guess that is all it takes for some people. At that rate, Activision is totally justified in annualizing COD. Make the money while you can I guess. Maybe next year’s innovation will be a second tier of achievements for reaching 20th prestige. Once you get it, you could unlock a coupon for a free neck tattoo, so all could know your glory…forever. /What’s the emoticon for sarcasm?/

To be quite honest halo offers a truly amazing gaming experience, one that grasps players and pulls them deep within the halo universe. Call of duty seems repetitive in the aspects of the universe and objectives.
