Because Halo at it’s worse is far more superior than the Call of Duty franchise.
I don’t like the cod community. On the whole I’ve always liked the Halo communities much better.
I like cod for what it is, but I always seem to hate it for that same reason. Halo is indeed evolving into what appears to be a fun game and I’ve been a fan a very long time. I just personally will always be a casual halo fan who won’t miss a halo game.
I cancelled my BO3 pre-order and got Halo 5

guys…and…gals…Search the Spartan company called sanghilios Warriors that’s my company if u read bio u would be impressed… And u would like it if u like to join just send a req and btw imma forget I got a team of 4 including me we make awesome maps and gametypes which will be enjoyable for people who join Oh and especially read the tournament part…which makes games so instense and competitive for us and enjoyable hope u do read bio…
Actually I’m getting both. Both have great campaigns, also COD now has offline bots as a standard feature, which is great for me since I don’t do PvP anymore.
Halo brings the story and atmosphere that I enjoy in games. COD lost that when they left WWII… Ok, that’s generous, COD never had it but at least the WWII games were evocative!
Frankly I’m more of a fan of the older CoD games such as World at War or Call of Duty 4, although I chose Halo 5 because it looks like a very promising game. Plus I love the depth of the Halo story. For me it was a simple choice of “which game will you have more fun on,” and that was an easy decision.
I’ve been playing halo since combat evolved, never played call of duty. Probably won’t start any time soon.
This time just because its Halo, i hate the no Split-screen fact! I’ll probably wont buy it next time if they dont fix that. Im not a boring loner. Halo parties is what i loved most.
Halos story is deeper than all the cod games combines. Cod multiplayer has become stale. I played the beta and was bored after a few games. Halo 5 will keep me interested for years.
Played BO and Hol both and still find Halo still the best… BO still couldn’t really catch my appreciation…
Because I don’t want to be shot from a plane that’s off the map by about 3 miles or attacked by retardedly fast dogs.
Sadly i’ll be getting both but Bo3 will be on PC
Bo3= titanfall parkour mechanics but guess what invisible walls!! + one week in, 14th expansion out now!!!

Halo has always been the one game I’ll always buy, no matter what; I’m a bit of a fanboy like that. That being said, I’ve loved playing Call of Duty because of the difference in pace. The Black Ops series, in my opinion, have been the worst CoD stories in the entire family and, after the abomination that was Advanced Warfare, I gave up CoD for good.
Halo was the first FPS I ever played and the Halo 3 was the game that introduced me to the online matchmaking. I have tried CoD once, but I prefer Halo.
Because Halo is Halo. CoD is scrap.
simply because i like halo more than cod…there are many reasons why halo is better than destiny for me, so these are the most counting:
-story
-balanced multiplayer
-community (most of them)
Halo is fun for campaign, achievement hunting, and multiplayer. COD is fun for just the multiplayer.
