i wanted to play halo because i need to react fast when i a fight so i can keep my hands moving what about you
I’ve always loved sci-fi, but I never really found a shooter game that filled that niche that I wanted. Doom was okay but it didn’t feel…right. Too arcadey, with the huge array of weaponry and super fast movement…
Then I played CE in 2001 and…that was it. Boom. The greatest moment of my life…
And then I found out about the lore and it got EVEN BETTER. Im a sucker for a good story and boy howdy does Halo have that NAILED.

Why did I want to as in in the past? Went to a family gathering and my older cousins had xbox’s linked up playing co-op campaign, I’d never played a shooter at that point. Had to try it.
Why do I want to play as in still today? Many reasons but I’d have to say the main one is the multiplayer gun fights. Still to this day no shooter has equaled how good Halo’s gunfights are for me. I’m having a ton of fun with Apex right now, but nothing today’s games have to offer can scratch that Halo itch, can’t wait for H6.
First discovered the game back in mid 2008 when my older brother was playing the Halo 3 Campaign and handed me a controller. We played the rest of the campaign together and even though we treated it pretty seriously at times, we still had a blast! Ever since that day I’ve been playing it on my own or with friends.
