First of all, I don’t want this to feel aggressive in any way, i just wish to fix this issue as soon as possible.
On my secondary account, ‘Colonel Kyxe’, I was suspended for posting on the same forum post with it as well as with the one i’m posting with right now.
So i get that I’ve been banned for having two accounts, as it’s the reason specified on my profile page, but I’m not sure why that was a negative thing. This account I’m writing on is the old one I used to play with on my Xbox 360, which has an old email address i don’t use anymore. The new one (the suspended one) is my new account with my new email address that i use for everything.
I guess that there’s a rule that does not allow multiple account creation to avoid bots or something like that, but I meant no harm with mine.
I do not wish to use this account anymore, so all I ask is if I can get my other account (Colonel Kyxe) unsuspended so I can proceed to use that one from now on.
