Why did my Halo Reach and ODST disappear from MCC?

I went to start up Reach to pick up where I left off a few months ago, and it wasn’t there. It told me DLC is missing and took me to the Microsoft store where I could purchase it AGAIN for $9.99. My Halo ODST is missing also from MCC. I am NOT going to pay for these games AGAIN!!! Where are my games?

I’m still waiting for 343 to put back my Halo Reach and ODST, THAT I PAID FOR ONCE ALREADY!!! WHERE THE FRACK ARE MY GAMES???

This isn’t something that 343 has taken away and not something they can put back for you. It’s likely just a licensing issue or a corrupted install. Double check your download history, you should be able to find them in there and re-download them. Sometimes although it says you need to purchase again, just click on it and it will realise that you’ve already bought it on your account. If for any reason it pops up asking for payment, you can simply cancel and then reach out to Xbox Live Support. They’ll be able to help track down why it’s saying you don’t own the content

I’ve tried to reach out to Xbox Live support and they don’t provide call or chat support for this problem. I’ll try to redownload it like you suggested. Hope it works. Thanks.

Got the same problem! Even after downloading, reinstalling etc. it still says when I try to start one of these games that I have to purchase them…

I did what Stckrboy suggested. You don’t have to repurchase. It will know that you already own the games and will redownload and install for free. Well, it did for me. Hope you have the same results. Thanks, Stckrboy, for the instructions. I got my games back.
