Ok I went to play halo 5 guardians. Then it loaded fine but it said “PROFILE SYNC ERROR” then I was like maybe it will go back to normal if I sign off and back but it did not work. The main issue is that I go to collection and it shows my nightfall, Mark VI Geni scarred armor and all my other legendary, ultra rare, rare, etc. but when I go to customization it won’t show any of my armor also on the weapon skins, visors, emblems, stance, and even my service tag restarted back to default. Please tell me wat it could be is it a simple glitch/ error or is it more major and I could maybe loose all my hard work.

probably a bug caused by the addition of the memories of reach req pack
This seems to be a server problem (as OP has said) related to a profile error. It is not a major issue on your end and should clear up eventually.
Here’s what I’ve said to most others posting about this issue:
There is a thread pinned at the top of the Halo 5 Support Forum (previous page) for discussing server related problems. You are likely to get more responses from there.
Most of the time any one-off problems with the servers can be solved by just waiting for them to clear up themselves, or by completing a cold reset of your Xbox One. To perform a cold reset, hold down the power button (Xbox logo on the front of your console) for 10 seconds. Additionally, I sometimes find resetting Alternate MAC Address in network settings on your console can make the game a lot more responsive.
Server Discussion Thread:
There was a server issue a few hours ago which should be resolved now.
