I have jinx, got it in a regular pack, can’t remember gold or silver.

J!nx emblem is unlocked through the use of gold packs, purchasing something from J!nx and getting a req code, so it can be obtained through the Warzone/Arean req bundles yes. It isn’t necessarily only a “promotional” emblem as I unlocked it from a gold pack.
