depends how many previous WZFF wins you had. you get gold packs for certain numbers of wins. if you hadnt ever completed (or had completed very few) firefight matches up to this point, those are your first gold packs for wins.

i stopped playing a long time ago lol, i guess those were my catch up packs.

i think there is still achievement levels though isn’t there?

They’re probably from completing Warzone Firefight commendation levels.
you get 1 for 1 win, 3 for 5 wins and 5 for 10 wins (I think), this may be why, you also seem to randomly get silver packs
How was Heroic FF? I played one match on the legendary playlist and that seemed significantly easier. Was able to take down mythic bosses very quickly and the waves were super easy.
You’re getting them from the FF commendations. In fact, you’ll be getting 5 more gold packs after two more victories, and you’ll get a silver pack the next time you kill a Firefight boss.
