Hello My son Kaden12360 was temp. banned from credits and after two days on the phone with Microsoft and Xbox Ref#1181882905 &1181956595 I have found out why but not how long?
First of all Kaden is a special needs child who is 13 with a 3rd grade understanding. we had a modem going Bad and he did not understand why the screen would black out so he would turn off the machine restart and play until it happened again. I have got the Modem replaced and its now working. He and I neither one had any idea this was wrong to do and will not let it happen again. I his father oversee every game he plays to make sure he does not hear offensive language nor foul play due to his disabilities. I ask you show him some mercy and I will make sure he never does this again.
Thank you Kevin Bledsoe Concerned Father.

I sympathize with him being special needs, I have 2 adopted nephews and 1 adopted niece, who’s mother drank and did drugs while they were pregnant. In short…they don’t exactly have an easy life.
However even as I personally sympathize with you, unless you are rich and powerful, your son has to follow the same rules as everybody else.
I’ve looked at your son’s game history, and he does not appear to be cheating/boosting like SOME others I see on this forum. That being said it is most likely a simple “Quit Ban”. If this is the first offense the quit ban will be very short, and he’ll be able to earn credits again soon.
Also note that a credit ban only stops him from earning credits, which are in all honesty worthless. You rank up with them (Meaningless), and you can use them to buy armor permutations (Which have no affect on game play, aka meaningless). Your son can still play games with his friends, and still play matchmaking. He simply cannot earn meaningless credits, so honestly it is a mere slap on the wrist.
