Just to note, you got banned for full party boosting with AFK guests, not achievement boosting.

If it’s a first time offence, 24-48 hours.
this was my second time 1-3 weeks and possible cR reset i got 10 days luckily
i still dont know why i got banned the 1st time, me and my friend were playing and all of a sudden i was banned. was it because we passed the cR limit or something?

Considering you are on your second ban, finding a reason to your first ban is hard looking through your game history and some of it could have had to do with your second ban not a first.
However, you do NOT get banned for passing the cR limit, its only possible to actually bypass this by an extra 30k cR at most, no one has been banned for it and probably never will.

It’s automated, but over the weekend, a ton of people were unbanned manually by 343 I believe, myself included because the ban hammer had a hiccup and banned innocent players.

because you got a bunch of games with 1 or 0 kills so they assume you are AFK’ing
So because I let my girlfriend play on my account I get banned for her being a newb?
