There was an Xbox LIVE Outage for about 30 minutes a few days ago, that’s all I can think.
Ok, so I get the whole temp ban from earning credits and it was wrong and such, i was just lazy, but the notification says I’ve been temporarily banned from earning credits and doesn’t say how long it actually lasts for. That’s all I wanna know. Btw the ban would be under guest credit boosting.

I get on halo reach to play and it says I have been temporially suspended from gaining any credits, but I can still play halo.
What happened that I do not get any points now?

You are lagging out of games, resulting in a plus one of the road to Quit Ban, I advise you open your NAT and call up comcast and ask if they are having problems in your area as well.
Moa you weren’t lying by saying I would probably be banned again. First ban was lifted, then 3 hours later got banned again. This is extremely frustrating. I was not cheating. I was not lagging. I’m guessing its for the blanket afk. I havent had this problem before yesterday. Why am I getting it now?

The ban hammer has been a bit, odd, since Friday, it banned a ton of users over the weekend mistakenly, it might have just been a side effect.
However, the ban hammer works at different paces, it won’t always just find you instantly and ban you, sometimes it will just find you one day and ban you.
I seriously do advise sticking to non-matchmaking games, otherwise these bans are going to build up to a point where they will be close to permanent bans/resets for the amount of cR ban building up.

Can you please tell me the type of games we were playing when the account was banned. I want to make sure not to play those anymore.

Any sort of Matchmaking game with 0 kills, whether is be Firefight or Multiplayer, still triggers the AFK bannings.
Because we aren’t good enough to earn credits. 24 hours later and the 2nd ban is still in effect. It’s like bungie or who ever could care less about new players to their long established title.
I apologize if I am coming across as petty but this bothers me. Its like me playing Madden but cant level up cause I got shut out against the Steelers, then banned for 24 hours, then told maybe I should just not bother until i get better.
