That’s pretty harsh. What did you do to get console and account banned?
I have a mere suggestion to help improve the banhammer. I usually play alot of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and the thing I appreciate the most is the server’s response to inactivity and betrayals. If you’re idle/ AFK for a period of time, you will be booted in mid-game. This also works when a person continually betrays, they will automatically be booted.
I think if impanted the proper way, it will be extremely benefiticial.
Another suggestion would be the option of not able to quit a game via dashboard from the frame of the match starting and disabling the option of quiting during in-game.

Woah, no, disabling quitting?
They have quit bans for a reason & probation, I should be able to quit a game whenever I want, I shouldn’t be forced to dashboard if I want to join another friend.
Also, your inactivity suggestion, I already have a workaround, just move around in a safe area and bam, your still earning credits for not playing.

Right, was going to not bother telling you but fine I will.
My account has been reset from General Grade 4 back to Recruit, I got to Brigadier Grade 1 before getting Console & Account Banned from Reach. I had to buy a new console, and make a new Xbox LIVE Account just to play again.
You don’t see me complaining, I asked on page one what my Reach Console ban was for but I didn’t get a reply.

anger is ok i dont see any reason person shouldnt state that they are mad or angry. this is day five of my system ban and this is also 1st of having a forum ban on my main. i feel that tell me to -Yoink- off isnt really ok halo shouldnt be mad I SHOULD! ive tried to make a joke or two now im not wanting to say a thing couse im no longer angry im now affraid of these people! thanks alot!

You don’t seem to be AFK’ing, so I’m going to guess challenge resetting?
For the last week now about half the time while playing, it just stops midgame and says “game over”, give me points then says Im banned. Its driving me nuts because Ive checked the ISP connection, my wi-fi and router/ cable modem and everything is functioning normally. I have never had any probs. until the last week.
Its doing strange things while in gameplay.
Is it possible its not on my end but you guys’s servers???
Im honestly not doing anything wrong and continue to get banned about every other game I play.
Please Help!

It’s on your side, if you notice, everyone else will be leaving the game when in fact it’s just you disconnecting.
The longer you leave it like that, the longer your probation will get, I advise you contact your ISP and see if they are having problems with Xbox LIVE.

The ban is two weeks and always has been for challenge resetting, your lucky you didn’t get reset like I did.
It’s no my choice to say if you have a case but I got a two week ban & an account reset, you shouldn’t be different, if anything, you should be reset too.

It just isn’t fair not to be banned for no reason, then have no cooperation at all from the only people who can help. Especially when I am such a -Yoinking!- drone for this game that I got the Legendary Edition and got all the DLC without even looking at reviews, just in good faith that I would enjoy it and that the developers would help me when I needed it. because I love Halo. I know that they are reading this, I will just never hear from them again. And I really don’t care what you or they say, I have a very reasonable point.

I just got back from getting my new cable modem and it seems to have fixed the prob. My testing showed good but when I called they said for some reason my modem was no longer cmpatable with the service I am paying for (modem 3 years old) so if anyone else is having this prob. that is the solution.
NO MORE BEING BANNED FOR REASONS OUT OF MY CONTROL! YES!
