Yeah after 1 game played again some idiot jumps on a guy I stuck and boom another ban lol this is such a joke I guess its time to look for a new game oh and i got betrayed in both games I played today and not one chance to boot someone.
> Yeah after 1 game played again some idiot jumps on a guy I stuck and boom another ban lol this is such a joke I guess its time to look for a new game oh and i got betrayed in both games I played today and not one chance to boot someone.
Bungie has a weird equation with team damage. If you did damage to someone in a previous game you won’t get the option to boot until youre betrayed 3-4 times. Its really idiotic for guys who just suck at throwing grenades. I’ve had my bad mornings where I throw a grenade and there goes my teammate sprinting into the fray… derp… not entirely my fault but jeez.
Iv been playing for what a year now and this is the first time iv ever been banned. I doubt iv even quit a game a week and thats only if theres bad lag but I do get booted alot from the lag which i didnt realize counted too the quitting/betrayal/lagged out by crappy host ban. thanks for the help guys maybe ill give halo another go someday when I dont think ill get so frustraded wit hit.

I guess I’m just supposed to wait =L
Like I said earlier, I got banned and reset, and idled in the past, but never while it was against the rules.
i have been banned from earning credits i do not no why and for how long I DID NOTHING
I was temp banned from matchmaking for quitting to many games, i quit 3 and they where all yesterday ive been playing since but a game lagged out and now im banned again a question i must raise.
I have also heard the idling credit bans compared to real life and breaking the law. In that case, that is like me doing something, and then doing whatever I did is made illegal the next day, leading to my arrest, even though I technically never broke the law because I did not do it after the law is instated. And even if I was penalized for some reason, I would not become a baby anymore (in this case, reset), I would be sent to jail or fined (there could have been a warning, a temporary ban, or even a couple of ranks taken away). So I am asking for a second chance, because I have most definitely learned my lesson, and it isn’t like I murdered anyone, or did anything serious like modding.

For about 3-5 days you will be on probation, every time you quit, you will get a ban from matchmaking and your probation will extend.

Don’t quit 3 games in the first place then you won’t get a ban because of “lagging out.”
Problem solved.

Wait until your probation is over before you start playing if you are really that annoyed, but every time you lag out or quit while on probation, it will get extended longer & longer until the point you will think it’s permanent.

Yes, you tried to compare something completely out of proportion to a video game.
If I could use your own example against you here, you did the crime, you pay the time, which in this case is life.
Life? Something you need to live on with…
I don’t know if I’m in the right place but yesterday my roommate played with is girlfriend at halo and she didn’t get any kills for like three games, it was funny to watch but we got a message that we were temp. credit banned!! WTF!? How long is this temp. banned thing’s going to be? Help Help Help please

Not trying to start a flame war here, but I didn’t even do anything serious, and bam, reset. No warnings, either. It wasn’t even against the rules, and I want some justification from an employee, not a wannabe mod. Thank you and good night.

I am in no way acting like a mod, I am simply telling you the facts, you don’t need an admin to tell you that, you are simply wanting attention from them.
At least tell me what you did to get reset, if it was AFKing or Boosting, you have no case. FACT.

Once again, read my posts. All of them. Since page 3. They all talk about Bungie’s mass reset over AFKing. The thing for me being that I was reset about 30 minutes before it was officially against the rules. I know that time frame because after I got reset, I went straight to Bnet, and kept refreshing on the forums, and then about 30 minutes later, a flood of people who got reset were there, and then an official post was there saying the rules had changed on idling after I got reset. I never originally posted before all of that because knowing Bnet, I would get trolled so hard that Abraham Lincoln could feel it. Then, I decided “to hell with it, I’m pissed” and started posting on the Bnet official thread mentioned earlier, daily. About 130 pages later, Bungie never mentioned it again.

I don’t want attention, I just want my credits back, and I figured 343 would understand because they seem to listen to the fans.
