Good afternoon.
The Achievement ‘Make It Rain’ on your list was unlocked Offline (As it shows no unlock date). Basically, you could have unlocked this rank offline, bought something offline at that rank, then went online onto Halo: Reach Matchmaking for the first time and initially chose not to forfeit cR and rank, which would show you as a default Spartan in matchmaking, but would retain your cR and rank.
If that is correct, What I think happened is due to a glitch with the servers, it prompted you again, and you chose to forfeit cR and rank this time accidentally quickly pressing buttons. The upside if this is the case is that you will not be prompted again, and you will appear online in Reach with your current Armor Configuration from here on out.
Alternatively, if you were using network manipulation to reset challenges to boost extra cR (or other ill-legit methods to boost cR), the automated banhammer, likely partially demoted you and rightfully took back what rank and cR you cheated to get.
Without an actual date to said achievement, it is hard to say what happened here without further information.
I have recently started to play Halo reach grifball after a 4 - 5 year absence. Almost nobody is playing the game as it was meant to be played. It is now a place to credit farm or spawn kill. I don’t really care about spawn killing if it is being used as a tactic to score the bomb but that is not what is happening. Over the past 3 days I have been playing to score the bomb. As soon as my team mates or the opposing team realize I am trying to play the game they begin to spawn kill me …both sides do this at the same time. Some of my team may just go to a corner and wait or some may participate in the spawn killing. Nobody tries to score the bomb on either side. They want the max game time in order to gain credits. Is this not credit boosting? When I determine that no one else is willing to play the game, I stop what I am doing so that I can submit negative reviews in the hopes that I will not have to play with them again. I then leave the game since I am clearly not wanted in the game and there is no point in my staying so that they can “boost” their K/D. Now I have been banned for quitting. I honestly feel all of the players I am up against are the players that should be banned and not me. Anyway, as an inheritor in reach that plays to win and has a record of 7109 wins to 2913 losses, I am obviously disappointed in what has become of my favorite game type. It is now the place where the players that boost stats and credits go to feel good…I guess. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.
If you look at my recent games, which I am sure you will, you will find just how many players are exploiting grifball for boosting credits and K/D stats…The automated system may be working but not very well.

How can the avg distance for kills for the player piddlepants be 45.90 meters…this guy was zippping all over the map like his sword or hammer retical on red the whole time…mod?

> I was wrong i am sorry, yes i was using grifbal into getting credits I realized that it is -Yoink- and and childlike and whom ever does it diserves to be punished i am trully sorry i shal not do it again therefore i will not play grifbal as that is its only purpose anyway. May i get a second chance please if not that than how long must I wait?
The purpose of grifball is to play the game…not boost credits or your K/D. Score the bomb…that is the purpose. Win the game…that is the purpose.

> - Play out all/the majority of your matchmaking games beginning to end. - Don’t be unsporting.-Not limited to but including as examples:
> 1. Intentional Teamkilling for any reason is unsporting and if you are booted from a game, the game is counted as a DNF/Did not Finish.
> 2. Griefing a game. Basically finding a way to intentionally ruin the gameplay experience for other players, which can include spawncampkilling, lagswtiching, and modding.
> 3. Trashtalking
> - Get at least one kill in every matchmaking game. - Do not idle/AFC/AFK (Away from controller) - Don’t exploit gametypes, game functions, and/or glitches to boost cR, Commedations, and K/D.-Not limited to but including as examples:
> 1. ‘Peace Games’ in Grifball
> 2. ‘Spawncampkilling’ to statpad, boost cR and Commedations. It is one thing to do so for a couple of seconds to score an objective as that is strategy, but to do so repeatedly for extended durations for boosting purposes is cheating due to exploiting the objective gametype, and if reported by enough people through LIVE’s Report feature can lead to a ban.
> - Do not use network manipulation to gain an advantage and/or give yourself additional cR you did not earn.-Not limited to but including as examples:
> - Lagswitching - Challenge Resetting - Modding - Do not mod your Halo Reach profile or any aspect of your Xbox 360/One profile, files, and/or account. - Do not play Halo Reach or any game with somebody you know is modding the game, their 360/One profile, files and/or account. - Do not violate LIVE Code of Conduct or Terms of Use .This seems pretty simple to me, play the game it was meant to be played and don’t break the binding agreement you created when you created your LIVE account (Code of Conduct). Game stats and history do not lie either, so it is usually obvious when somebody does something I mentioned above that you shouldn’t do.
>
> As for your mentioned ban (The two week ban), was it in Halo 5? The reason why I ask is that doesn’t seem possible in Reach, but possible in Halo 5, as I can see somebody getting active camo, idling, and then the game booting and banning them (Due to Halo 5’s stricter banhammer). You also don’t have much of a Reach Game History, but have played alot of Halo 5.
where is LIVEs report feature…I would like to make my new life goal using this feature to clean up grifball and restore it to the game it was meant to be.

It should be one of the options available when you view somebody’s profile. If it is not, then the player is clearly modding. All you have to do then is look through the Halo Waypoint game history and players met. The one player who’s name is inconsistent to what was in the lobby to what Waypoint and Players Met said is the modder, and you should be able to report them by clicking their profile through the players met menu. It is a bypass that usually works when a modder blocks the ability to report when you are viewing their currently modded profile in the game lobby, whereas on the players met menu, you are looking at their actual account unaffected by mods that hide things. Also make sure that if this the case that you leave the lobby that has the modder once you know he or she is modding as it is against Code of Conduct to knowingly play with people who are modding.
Hope this helps and have a nice day now

Wow, that guy must have liked the Halo 3 Grifball days when the Gravity Hammer hit stuff a half a mile away XD. In all seriousness though, this case you presented reeks of modding. Killing people with a Gravity Hammer on Average 135 feet away and with a reticle that is always red. And to top it off a name that was fake and the initial inability to report due to the modded account being protected through lobby view (Where you would have to do a bit of work and find the account as I mentioned above in your Players Met list to report). That is clearly modding my friend. Find the account and report.
Glad I was able to help and have a nice night now

I appreciate the information but it is not helpful since I have no idea how to report this situation…There must be a better way to deal with this.

If you are on your friends menu on the Xbox 360, you should be able to goto tabs to the right Until you het the Players Met tab. On the Xbox One, On your friends list, go to the top sorting menu and recent players is the 4th and last option. Once you are on that list, find the modder’s profile and click it. Report should be one of the options. You should be able to click it and use it.
Edit: Alternatively on Xbox.com, click on a friend’s account. Then in the URL Bar, change the username of your friend to that of the modder and hit enter. Make sure the modder’s profile loads up to prevent any mistakes on your end. Once the modder’s profile pops up, Report should be one of the options given.

Thank you for all of your explanations! I do appreciate it. As you said earlier, the modders real account has a different name than the one I observed. I noticed it when I submitted the review to avoid that group of players. I do know the name I observed. I am on xbox one but it does not show recent xbox 360 players met…another problem with this system of reporting. I am still trying to find the report feature you are talking about.

On Xbox.com if you use that method to view the profile (Or on the Xbox One), it should be near the center bottom with the other options (Which would include things like ‘Add Friend’, ‘Message’, ‘Report or Block’, etc.). ‘Report or Block’ would be the function you would want to use with these methods
On the Xbox 360 when viewing the profile, It should be in the lower lefthand corner as ‘File Complaint’ . That is the option you want to use.

Im on the xbox one. Since I am playing halo reach backwards compatible I cannot see the 360 recent players met. I do see the report feature for xbox one players when i select them…unfortunately no 360 players. I will no go look at xbox.com to see if i can figure this out.

I’m going to send you further instructions in a PM. This player is indeed modding. I took a look into his Reach stats. All Commedations, including Campaign are maxed out, but he has not played the campaign yet. Hmmm…

Thanks again, I was finally able to file a complaint against this player. I wish I new the other account name to include in the complaint but this will do.

Well, I’m glad it let you report the player, it wouldn’t allow me to report him from Xbox.com for some odd reason. Weird. But sure thing. I also escalated this to a Monitor via PM to see if they can do anything else to help with your case in the background. This needs to be resolved.
How long is the second credit ban?

Idling for any reason takes away from the gameplay experience of others, degrading the quality of LIVE services they paid for and falls under griefing the game. Your automated ban, issued by the automated banhammer cannot be reversed as you violated LIVE Code of Conduct. You will have to wait out your ban.
I don’t know if yall undid my ban but if you did thank you halo!!!
