So its been 2 months since i last posted in this thread. I never received a reply from the multiple people i tweeted at from 343, Nobody can tell me why i have been banned. Sucks cause i cant play halo reach on my account online.
Well you only get banned if you mod the game your in,become afk for several games straight,get 0 kills because the system thinks your are afk,and hacking.
There are probably more ways to get banned

Hello, I just recently logged back in to my Xbox 360 account for Halo Reach and it says I have been Temporarily Banned for Credits??? Like, why am I banned temporarily from earning credits? I bought everything from the Armory and my Credits are at 5,735,229, and my Rank is Forerunner? I have never used any mods or boosting, or any cheating related. I am just simply trying to reach the last rank in Multiplayer (Inheritor).

I need to ask you a question if you do not mind. I know there has been a lot of server issues as of late, and I couldn’t help to notice that in a handful of your games that you have 0 kills, however I seen a game or two where you and two other players have 0 kills but one player has 40+ kills. Are you getting booted from games alot from lag, or are you not finishing those games?

I was wrong i am sorry, yes i was using grifbal into getting credits I realized that it is -Yoink- and and childlike and whom ever does it diserves to be punished i am trully sorry i shal not do it again therefore i will not play grifbal as that is its only purpose anyway. May i get a second chance please if not that than how long must I wait?

On A Daily… Currently, I’m banned because I fell asleep playing Grifball with a full loby of friends…

The ban system is automated, so it will still trigger if it detects anything it was set up to catch
can someone tell me why it is bad to mod your service tag? what does it do?

Although changing your service tag to characters that weren’t intended is relatively minor, allowing certain kinds of modding opens up a can of worms. You get into grey areas of what some find acceptable and others don’t. To that end, any sort of modding is not allowed per the Xbox Live Terms of Service.
