well, what were some of the things you were doing in multiplayer? did you use profanity in game chat? were you team killing? boosting?

> Good evening.
> I looked around your Halo: Reach game History and stats, and I may have found the reason why. When I go to look at your game stats in detail here (Click meh!), despite all the games you played, you have no Halo: Reach Achievements unlocked. So either you tried to mod them, in which the banhammer caught this, struck and relocked your achievements, or you played in a modded lobby back in 2011 (Which is the last time you played matchmaking according to your stats), in which the banhammer caught this, struck and relocked your achievements.
>
> So in your case, signs seem to be pointing toward modded achievements. You didn’t have a partial or complete Gamerscore reset previously occur, did you?
>
> Edit: Also, the Eternal Armor effect is no longer obtainable.

No. No modding of any sort and when i look at my achievements on my profile i have all the ones that i unlocked which are not many. No resets of any sort but i did get 2 weeks ban from cr for doing the cr glitch when the game first came out. But i was perfectly fine after that.

Nothing at all really that i can remember. I was always in the party chat with my friends. Rarely in game chat and if i was, i was either talking to my friends or quiet. The only in-game thing that i did which was annoying was tee-bag if i wreked you lol but who hasnt.

Okay, so Halo Reach says i have been credit banned since like the 21st. I have been active and i have tryed my best to not to boost or go afking in game and i am still credit banned. It reset around midnight, but when i quit the game and restarted it it said i’m still credit banned? Please help, my Halo Reach experience has been horrible for about a week because of this.

Microsoft, 343, XBOX, anoyone, please help.

Will people falsely reporting me for playing the game how it’s meant to be get me banned from playing the game?

Okay then. My next question then is does anybody else have access to your Xbox LIVE account? Your account shows no other signs of anything that would cause a banhammer to trigger other than your achievements, which is odd that they are not properly linking up with Halo Waypoint. A ban doesn’t get issued for no reason.

Nope. The people that look over reports that come in through Xbox LIVE’s report feature are pretty good at breaking things down. If you play properly, you have nothing to worry about. After all, your game history doesn’t lie  .

Looking through your Halo Reach game history within the last week alone, you have 15 matchmaking games you played that ended with you having 0 kills of the 49 you played. 30 percent of your matchmaking games in the last week ended with no kills. The automated banhammer considers any game ending with a player having 0 kills as DNF/Did not Finish for that player and will keep track of that.

Either if a threshold is met or a player does this alot within a short duration, the automated banhammer will take action and issue some sort of ban, in your case, a cR ban. From the way it looks the automated banhammer due to this probably thought you were boosting cR via AFCing/AFKing/Idling (Away From Controller) and issued the cR ban as a deterrent. In the future, make sure to get at least one kill in each of your matchmaking games, and you shouldn’t find yourself being cR banned again.

Hope this helps and have a nice day now.

Sweet! Wasn’t sure cause I have people constantly reporting me because I ruin those stupid Grifball Peace Matches by playing the game the way it’s meant to.

Trust me, the LIVE Enforcement Team looks into every aspect they can. I’m pretty sure they will check your game history, see a bunch of long Grifball matches, but you with some kills, but a large negative K/D for those games and the person/people who reported you a large positive K/D ratio and easily see that the people wrongfully reporting you were not just cheating on Reach but also abusing LIVE’s services via reporting, which they can get banned for.

They’re pretty thorough from what I have seen, so you really have nothing to worry about and worst case scenario, should you for whatever reason get a wrongful ban (It’s extremely rare but it can happen), you can talk to Community Engineer Cizlin and reach out to Grimbrother One on Twitter about a wrongful ban and the circumstances behind it.

So many hackers that I have seen and never ban them, I had friends hackers that to date have not banned them, and me for a simple mistake that was not even mine ban the next day, at the time, I block the account to my relatives , Friends ?, because if they are people to whom I have confidence and therefore I leave my account, if I know that a friend said something change in the service tag that provides the already measured ban that they put on my account, But it was something tiny compared to what I saw, please understand my situation, I miss my account :(. By LIVE Terms of Use, you are responsible for your own account, from content and actions. When you created your Xbox LIVE Account, you agreed to the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use, a binding agreement. Within Terms of Use, it states:

“you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Microsoft Account password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account on the Xbox Live.”

You agreed to that and Code of Conduct, so when you allowed your friend to use your LIVE account, due to agreeing to those binding agreements, you were responsible for any and all activity of your friend on your account. He violated Code of Conduct on your account by modding you the Bungie Nameplate, and due to Terms of Use, you are responsible for his actions, and hence take responsibility of his actions and the consequences thereof, which was a ban as a result of the modding.

You agreed to said terms and due to that your ban is justified and not unfair, what your friend did however is unfair to you. Also stckrboy locked your thread on the matter for this very reason. If you want to play Reach again and try to grind to Max Rank, you will have to use a new account. Your ban is not reversible due to the binding agreements you agreed to when you created your LIVE account and the circumstances behind your ban.

Also if other people are modding/hacking, feel free to use LIVE’s Report Feature to report them for modding.

Hope this helps and have a nice day now.

It is easy to say that I play with another account because they do not take into account the time thrown away and clear my money spent on xbox live gold memberships, and that hurts me, come on we are not talking about a rank captain or colonel we are talking about a rank nova that is nothing, it is overwhelming to have to spend so many hours, days playing for me to pass this, if it saddens a lot, but it does not matter anymore, all this happened in October and I resigned myself to play reach, if I am aware of That I am responsible for my account, it does not matter anymore, I am aware that I have already lost my rank since I can do nothing and it will return to me for what I see, so that I can extend the problem more if nothing is solved. a greeting

Then my next question is did he happen to mod Forza? Check on the Forza account on your profile, and if it is banned and/or has obvious modding done to it, then you have your answer. As I said before, bans just don’t happen for no reason. If you feel you have been banned unjustly, then you can reach out to Grimbrother One or Frankie on Twitter to dispute it.

Nope. Halo reach is the only game i am banned on. I just tweeted both of them. Hopefully it gets resolved
