> So many hackers that I have seen and never ban them, I had friends hackers that to date have not banned them, and me for a simple mistake that was not even mine ban the next day, at the time, I block the account to my relatives , Friends ?, because if they are people to whom I have confidence and therefore I leave my account, if I know that a friend said something change in the service tag that provides the already measured ban that they put on my account, But it was something tiny compared to what I saw, please understand my situation, I miss my account :(. If you want to know more about my situation go to this link: Https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/forums/cdecc00475c645b9a4d0a156fb542d59/topics/banned-from-halo-reach-unfairly-help/cb01fc06-a0b9-4168-ba50-8e9172abd316/posts?page=1#post2 No more unfair bans Thank you
By LIVE Terms of Use, you are responsible for your own account, from content and actions. When you created your Xbox LIVE Account, you agreed to the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use, a binding agreement. Within Terms of Use, it states:
“you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Microsoft Account password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account on the Xbox Live.”
You agreed to that and Code of Conduct, so when you allowed your friend to use your LIVE account, due to agreeing to those binding agreements, you were responsible for any and all activity of your friend on your account. He violated Code of Conduct on your account by modding you the Bungie Nameplate, and due to Terms of Use, you are responsible for his actions, and hence take responsibility of his actions and the consequences thereof, which was a ban as a result of the modding.
You agreed to said terms and due to that your ban is justified and not unfair, what your friend did however is unfair to you. Also stckrboy locked your thread on the matter for this very reason. If you want to play Reach again and try to grind to Max Rank, you will have to use a new account. Your ban is not reversible due to the binding agreements you agreed to when you created your LIVE account and the circumstances behind your ban.
Also if other people are modding/hacking, feel free to use LIVE’s Report Feature to report them for modding.
Hope this helps and have a nice day now.
