> Is there any way of lifting a cr ban?
Good morning.
That honestly depends on whether or not you hit the cR cap for the day, or if you were cR banned for network manipulation and/or AFCing/AFKing (Away from Controller). If you hit the cR cap, the cap should reset at 3 AM EST and you should be good to go. If you were banned for AFCing/AFKing, you have to wait out your ban. First ban is 24 to 48 hours and every one issued after that has an increased duration.
However if you were banned for network manipulation (For example resetting challenges to get more cR), then most likely the cR ban is a permanent ban. Hope this helps and have a nice day now

> I got ban from multiplayer Matchmaking for one week. I don’t know what I did at all I’m a competitive player all I do is play doubles and MLG. I was playing a game of doubles and then assess a boarding something I don’t remember and then there brought me to a lobby n told me I was banned… Help?
Good morning.
Did the other team consistently quit on you? I know this may sound dumb, but if the other team consistently leaves on you, the banhammer thinks you are trying to boost cR and that you in essence are cheating, when in reality the other team keeps quitting. My advice is not to play doubles too often to prevent this from happening if it is happening.
Hope this helps and have a nice day now

I got banned on Halo 5 yesterday just because my parents sent me down to eat and I thought that I sitched my XBOX off and I just missed it.
I was like why am I banned???!!
The ban time is over and I can see what they were doing but why couldn’t the put a 30 second movine timer on so if you don’t move within 30 seconds you just get kicked out the game, that’s it!
It was harsh!

I need help with my Halo Reach online gaming. I sold my Xbox 360 over a year ago to upgrade to a Xbox one. Then my Xbox One got hacked, and I had to pay Microsoft to sort out my problem. During this time my Halo Reach online account also got hacked. as a result of this I now find myself with a total online ban. Is there anything that I can do to get this ban lifted as I find it slightly unfair that I have recieved a total online ban for something that I have not done? I believe that the person who hacked my account could be a mod as I think that that is the only way to recieve a total online ban. Please advise me of anything that I can do.
Since Reach became reverse compatable I was banned the instant I loaded up reach on my Xbox one. I’m a frequent player amongst a large custom game community and this perma-ban is quite unjust. I know how and when to avoid a modded custome game lobby. The further fact knowing that custom games do not run off of dedicated servers meaning the banning program does not have the ability to scan such lobbies. I HAVE NOT violated any of the terms and conditions of the game NOR Xbox live. I just simply loaded the game into my Xbox one. 5 years of hard work on my account gone to waste all because of some faulty banning system. 343 it’s your duty as the owners of the Halo title to support and correct these mistakes. Please help!

If it was a Custom Game then most likely you played a MODDED map/gametype. Modding is always a perma-ban. Even if you aren’t the 1 modding, everyone who plays that modded game will get banned too. Don’t risk it.
I was just playing with my brother in law tonight and ive never done any wrong on halo reach that i am aware of but i got a message that my xbox console and account had been credit banned could you please at least tell me what i did wrong?
> Was playing saturday night with my brother in-law and his two cousins who are AWFUL at halo, and the next morning I am temp banned. I’m not mad because its only 24 hours but still, maybe this should be looked at. I understand people cheat and they should get banned but I can’t be the only one who’s played with family members who are just terrible at video games? There should be more criteria other than 0 kills per game for the banhammer to strike.
>
> What do you guys think?
Same here i just played with my bro last night and he got 0 kills every time and i got credit banned for it but he ligitimately is just not good hes never played halo before. I really think this should be corrected because people who arent doing any wrong are getting banned which is pretty screwed up!

The reason for you ban here is because the system sees your actions as boosting, unfortunate but it’s how it was designed I’m afraid. If your friend can get at least 1 kill or assist each game, that should be enough to stop the ban hammer from hitting you again
I get Cr Banned while i’m in custom games and this is the 4th time can i get assistance please.
So basically you can’t play custom games without getting banned?
Basically i spend one game of matchmaking not breaking 0 rules and about 40 minutes later This Account has been temporarily credit banned really annoying^
> Okay, so I have been banned but it is weird that I just got un-credit banned on saturday during the day like at 5:00PM somewhere right around there, and. . .then like 2 hours later, it credit banned me again when I didn’t even reach max credits that you earn in a day. I’m so confused. I read the whole thing on the website on here, I’m not credit boosting or cheating but, I’m just good at Grifball that’s mostly what I play. I haven’t quit in games either because the 1st time I got banned from doing that, I learned my mistakes. This isn’t the first time it has done this in a day, but it’s been here and there often. Can somebody help me out here?

> I know right, it does the samething. . .I don’t know what’s going on. I read this whole thing. . .in yet, I don’t understand what’s wrong my Halo Reach. When I get temporarily credit banned on the same day I am done being credit banned, then this thing pops up and it says “Welcome to Reach” and it’s not just me who’s getting that, it’s a few of my friends who get it too.
It’s annoying. . .all I want to go for is inheritor.
Yea so the system that detects game leaves due to network problems doesn’t work. Today I’ve DC’d 5+ times due to my own -Yoink- internet and the game still gave me a probation warning.
Cool man
I am banned on Halo Reach and I love the game and play it for hours everyday. I was very disappointed when I realised I was banned as I am only 2 ranks off the top! I would like a possible reverse on my ban because I love playing it and want to reach the maximum rank asap!
Ok last night I was playing Halo Reach fine then this morning I woke up I went to play, my game loaded up and just randomly crashed as soon as it finishes that blue flashing loading screen then it crashes, I’ve reset my Xbox, my net I’ve done eveything but it just keeps crashing, am I the only one getting this.???
