Whenever I do matchmaking on Halo Reach on my other profile, yellwoface7, I would have the “Load Failure” message whenever a map is loading. I noticed that when that happens, I am still in the game but idle. I already got a warning message. This isn’t my fault. Can you please fix this problem? I don’t want to be banned for something that Isn’t my fault.

I cannot exactly understand what you’re saying here. Are you banned from earning cR, or have you been deranked?
I’ve looked through your game history, and you seem pretty legit along the lines of playing properly. You finish your games, I don’t see many games with you or any guests having 0 kills, not to mention you have a pretty good K/D ratio. The only way either, or both (being cR banned and/or partially deranked) could have happened is if you were using network manipulation to reset either challenges or the cR cap. If you have indeed done this, it is against the Code of Conduct you agreed to upon signing up for an Xbox LIVE account.
From Section F of the Code of Conduct: - “Do not exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches.”
From Section F of the Code of Conduct: -“Do not take any action to cause degradation of service for Microsoft or other users, including but not limited to network interference or manipulation.”
If you did this and you were cR banned and deranked, the automated banhammer detected this, gave you a cR ban for network manipulation and redacted (took back) the cR that you essentially cheated to get, properly deranking you to the rank where you actually belong. I can tell this is not your first time playing Halo: Reach on LIVE Gold, as you have been playing since 01/07/2011, so you weren’t deranked for balancing reasons for logging onto LIVE for the first time.

This normally happens when the game disc is damaged.
So my gt (I Seek Clarity) and console were both banned from playing halo reach online. My account was given a modded service tag by someone who has my account (Friend). He forgot to take it off and then my account and console notification appeared when I tried playing saying I was banned. I would just like to apologize. I would very much like to still play this game online with friends. I have no idea how to mod the game at all. I don’t mod any games. I worked so hard prior to that to rank up honestly and now I can’t play with my friends. I know the gt of who did the mods on my account and on his own and many other people’s accounts. Unfortunately, you are responsible for all actions that occur on your account. This is part of the Terms of Service you agreed to upon signing up for an Xbox LIVE account.
From 1.8 of the Terms of Service: -“You agree to be bound by this Agreement for any associated accounts (including those for minors) you hold now or create later and that you are responsible for all activity that takes place with your Services account and any associated accounts.”
If somebody hacks into your account, you are still responsible for any of those actions and suffer any of those consequences.

I am not a 343i employee and you unfortunately not recieve a response from them here on the forums. However, I am a bit knowledgable and I can help you out a bit with the given situation. The automated banhammer is in place to detect a pattern. Unfortunately in your case, the automated system has determined that you have quit too many games in a short amount of time due to lagging out alot and issed a temporary cR Ban. If it is a first offense, it should only last 24-48 hours.
If you want to keep going with cR over the next two days, if you have Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition and have not found the terminals yet, I would recommend you play that and find the terminals. Once your cR ban is over, used the classified section of the Halo Waypoint 360 app and put in the glyph codes associated with the 10 terminals and then the 11th should appear. For each terminal entered, you will recieve 7000 cR on Reach and then once all 10 are entered, you will recieve an additional 30,000 cR. Otherwise, you will just have to wait out your ban.
