I’m “Temporarily Banned from Earning Credits” and when I finish an online session, I receive 0 credits. Ban message recvird on Thursday night 2/26/2015.
Did I break/violate a rule? I received no reason for my ban.
How long is my ban? I recieved no time length for my ban.

I haven’t left a match at all, and it says I’ve left too many, and now it says “Information could not be retrieved from Xbox LIVE”

You may have hit the daily credit limit of 200,000 credits looking at the amount of games you played on that date. Those bans should be reset at Midnight in your local time zone. If your ban has extended for longer than the reason for it eludes me. Bans longer than the temp one for hitting the cap last 24 48 hours for first time offence. they are handed out for repeated games where you or a guest/Another account on your console got know kills. this is sometimes referred to as guest AFKing. To be honest though I can find no evidence of a that so if you are back earing credit now you had probably just hit the cap.

Lagging out of MM games and getting booted for mm betrayals count as quits too. If you are playing FF and the host quits all players get recorded as quitting as well even though you get a game complete screen with credits.

I got credit banned on 2/25/15 of last week and got online yesterday and the ban was gone then i reset my internet and it popped up again i dont wanna restart my rank ive put alot of effort into this game 4 long years of hard gaming in this i had my 3 other friends with me the day i got banned and they got credit banned as well but the got unbanned before i did so could you please take the ban off i was helping them get started on the game since they just got it thats all i was doing and it doesnt say how long im banned for so please can you take it off it would be greatful thank you.

First of all no one here is from 343 and can lift your ban. It is just other gamers like me who can help you as to why you got banned so you can avoid them in the future.
I had a good look at your game history and I can advise you that you have earned a credit ban for guest AFKing. You have had guest in Grifball games that got zero kills and were obviously just being spawned killed by the main account players. That is against the rules and the Banhammer detects these types of games and issues a ban. Sometimes it can take a few days for the ban to be placed as well. so even though you got banned on the 28th your offence was committed 2 days prior to the ban.
First time bans are 24- 48 hours. Second time bans are a week then 2 weeks, then months for repeated offenders. Your friends got a shorter ban probably because it is their first offence. You probably got the second ban for some zero kill games in Zombies you have. You seem to have 4 Pikachu accounts playing. If any of those accounts were signed into the same console as you and got zero kills in games then that can be detected as AFK.
If you want to avoid bans make sure when you have guests accounts signed in that they get at least one kill or assist in every match. That way you will avoid detection and not get banned anymore. But with this current ban you will just have to ride it out.

When ever you see that message it means the servers are down matchmaking is unavailable. It usually comes back on line in an hour or 2.
I too had happened a few years ago when I held still the xbox 360 , playing in custogames with 3 guests after finishing the game with 100 kills and some carnage and massacre series ’ created thanks to the use of spawn easy ’ . for about a month I could take credit , but saving the praise and being able to participate in multiplayer and campaign without other problems … even challenges gave cr !

Maximum Daily credit cap is 200,000 Cr regardless of what rank you are and it resets every day at midnight in your local time zone. It is OK to reach the limit though and keep playing. you just wont get credits till it resets.
i only got like 75000 at the most so i dont understand why i got banned

You asked first about credit limits but that is not your problem. You have obviously had a temporary credit ban placed against your account and your console.
I had a look at your game history and the reason for this is that you played some Firefight games with a guest account that got zero kills back on the 13th March. This practice is considered AFK boosting by 343 and will get you a credit ban for doing it. It just takes the servers a day to catch up and award you your ban. You also were boosting in grifball and some players in your game got zero kills too. If they were accounts on your console then that will get you a ban as well.
If you are going to do this sort of stuff then make sure all guest and second accounts get at least one kill per game top avoid detection by the banhammer.
