my console been permanently excluded from play halo reach online

I totally agree. People shouldn’t get banned for not being good or at least decent at a game. The fact that you can get banned for being AFK is also bugging me. what if someone has to go do something in the middle of a game its not there fault unless they knew ahead of time. but there are some good things about this. I hate it when zombies don’t play as zombies just so they can conserve and improve there k/d in living dead. it doesn’t really make them skilled players having a great k/d. but they do it anyways because they think otherwise

Console Bans are automated and usually only handed out for having modded content on them and breaking the Terms of your XBL contract you agreed to when you setup your live account.

Presuming you have had a credit ban for your Bro having AFK guest accounts getting zero kills in Grifball. Normally first time credit bans are 1-2 days but if he kept playing you probably have been extended already out to about 1-2 weeks. From their it is month long bans leading to 6 month bans for serious repeat offenders.

Unfortunately some players just go into games to go AFK and earn credits to rank up. Bungie had to put this feature into the banhammer and the only way they really had to detect and AFK players from the stats they record from a game was Zero Kills and Zero Assists. Not the smartest but close to the best.
AKFing is at its worst in FF.
In MM though most of the players who get bans nowadays are just players who don’t know how to play or people boosting commendations in Grifball with guest accounts who forget to get at least one kill with their guests to avoid detection. That said try and actually play a game and get no kills or at least one assist. It is pretty hard. some would argue you are not benefitting your team with guest who play that badly so that’s warrant a ban on its own right. I do not share those views.
I suggest when you have mates over that cant play well that you stick with customs or FF. If you want to do MM with them then make sure they all get at least one kll or Assist per game to avoid any future bans.
My friend got me banned by accident from Halo: Reach online. what do i do? My account names are Banana xPuncake and Beileve My Love. I spelled Beileve wrong by accident but it is spelled like this “Beileve My Love” and my friend didn’t know what he did would get him banned but he gave me a modded service tag and used it online. Im not a fan of modding or cheating but i got banned from him because he’s dumb. I don’t want him banned, i want to be unbanned cause clearly i did nothing wrong

It lasts a day but if you keep getting the notifications then you will get it for a week like i did a month ago

You have had quite a few grifball games that you got zero kills in and that would make the automated banning system " the banhammer" detect you as AFK. A few AFK games in close succession will lead to a temp credit ban.
First offence is 1-2 days. Second offense is a week and then subsequent offences just get longer from there.
The reason why it popped up in the middle of your custom game is it takes the servers a little while to analyse the stats from game and issue any bans.

How do I seriously fix this issue I was afk outside and I come back to join a friend and it says I’m banned if it keeps going I am going to quit and tell my friends to not bother either seriously worst banning system out!

I have never cheated or manipulated the connection/network since I have been playing Halo. In the past me and my friend have been banned from matchmaking for 2 weeks due to people quitting against us when the score is 0-0. I was told I may get perm banned if it keeps happening but I really wasn’t expecting it to actually happen as I wouldn’t consider people quitting against me a fair reason for me to get prevented from playing Halo Reach online.
Due to this happening it has really put me off buying an xbox one and getting Master Chief Collection as I am an xbox live consumer and also have purchased halo games numerous times, and for me to get banned because the system has so many flaws is unfair. I know a new Halo game is coming out now but I feel that this ban should be lifted as it’s incorrect and unfair, all I did was play the game and because people didn’t think they could beat me they would quit before the game had even started and it happened multiple times and now I’m permanently banned.
I would make a new account but I am an Inheritor on Halo Reach (The highest rank) and it took me 2 years to reach this ranked so to start completely from the beginning wouldn’t be worthwhile to me.
I hope someone can help me out here and discuss this further. =[

Temporarily banned from earning cR, my Girlfriend decided to play and sat out on 2 “Assault” games in a row because “[She] don’t like bomb games”.
Got a full CONSOLE ban from earning cR. Not sure why she didn’t at least kill someone or something, but does 2 games really constitute a temporary cR ban? As you can see from my service record, I’m a long time Halo fan and actually a REACH player since 9/14/2010. Here it is 4 years later, just started playing again when I got a new 360 last month after stopping for about a year, and my girl got my first cR ban. Ughh.
Really frustrating assuming I’m trying to reach Inheritor, been at Forerunner for almost 2 years now haha.
I’m hoping for a reversal, but if you could just let me know for how long I’ll be banned from earning cR that’d be nice. Also, she is still playing as I’m typing this, she doesn’t care about the cR, just playing for fun, if she keeps playing, assuming she doesn’t sit games out anymore (I had a stern talking to her already), will it increase the duration of the ban?
