Ok so your telling me that it isnt possible to learn spawns in forge, since they rotate spawns in a match, i assume you know this. For example pinnacle you kill every one at the sniper tower, they will end up either at big tower or banshee. all you have to do is go to the top and pic them off or if you have a smart teammates one will be at the dish, one at big tower guarding lower ramp, one at teleport and one on sniper. so with the above being said your telling me you can fight your way out of that without team mates helping or communicating when no one has a mic on your team other then two panicky(awesome)women. i would love to see any of you get out of that not even the best people i play with can do that and if they do it happens extremely scarce. also because of spawn trapping i have gotten a killimenjaro off of it at pinnacle. its on youtube. and for ashmazing and imabitdizzy getting up, in every match they have done that which isnt much, they come back to play so it wouldnt count as afk since they come back into the same match. like i said ashmazing will get maybe 0-3 kills a game and imabitdizzy is the same unless i play for her

Of course you can learn the spawn points in Forge. The point is that you cannot guard all of them at the same time. 4 players cannot cover the whole map, not even in Pinnacle. You said you would love to see us getting out of this so called “spawn trap”? Well i will show you a video of that if you first submit HERE a video (via your file share) that shows the kind of situation you are discribing above. That you cannot even take a sigle step for a whole match due to the “spawn traps”!

It is not impossible to learn spawns, but go back and read my post. In a 4v4 playlist it does not work, especially SWAT with no radar. The other problem I have with the claim of spawn traps is there is always someone on those team getting 20 kills and plus 8 or better, then no one on the opposing team with a high positive ratio, meaning a spawn trap is not set. You can not have a spawn trap without trapping one team and the other team using all four players to do it, even then it does not work except maybe Pinnacle. Pinnacle is the only map I got caught in a spawn trap that was near impossible to break since two teammates quit. Even then we broke it and made a comeback on the team, and I only play with randoms, I do not have a team when I play slayer, snipers or SWAT.
Outside of Pinnacle a spawn trap CAN NOT BE SET. There are too many variables in the spawn points that all of them can not be covered. Big Team Battle and Invansion are different and have a lot of spawn trapping because of vehicles, size of teams, and less variable spawn points when compared to size of the map and size of the teams.
I am not debating the AFKs at this point, I am debating your claim of constantly being spawn trapped, which even in itself happens very rarely. I have played 2800 games competitvely and maybe been caught in a spawn trap four times, I was able to break them with my team, now I am not saying your players are bad, I am just saying it happens very rarely.
As for videos, I am sorry but to be honest I very rarely take video proof from anyone, especially with as many games as it seems were AFK. The video I am seeing can not be guarnteed to be the ones that show the players dying in the spawn points, and again they are dying in the exact spot they spawn. The spawn points also are in various areas of the map, making it impossible for a four man team to get to them as they spawn, while being killed by the AFK player’s teammates.
On may 18th I was banned for afking in firefight and I feel severely bad about it I am sad to admit I did do it on purpose and want to appologize for ruining your firefight expieriences if you played with me on the days I afked. I want to also appologize to bungie for abusing the credit system for my own personal gain and for (since I afked) destroying/hurting some aspects of your game that you worked oh so very hard on (I know I would be angry if someone did that to something I worked on so hard), I want to appologize to 343 because I know how much some of their employees love firefight and also for driving some of their consumers away because I afked(if any at all). I am sorry community and I swear I will never ever do it again. I hope you all have a good day, don’t forget to enjoy reach to its fullest!

I am asking for help as to why I was console banned and credit banned for two weeks. I called xbox live and Marty mentioned something about my connection when I told him that I am continually dropped. I find myself connecting to xbox live during a game so much that I get Very frustrated. Also, what does AFKing mean? I recently found out what credit farming is. My Gamertag is Spindy. I am currently using Hybrid 2 which is my original tag from the 2002 xbox linve beta. If you check on Bungie, you will see a game file I uploaded which caused me to quit for the first time ever (SOBs) under Spindy. By the way, I have to use my ipone for a hotspot since the internet at most of the hotels I am forced to stay at stinks so badly in Colombia, nowhere near Bogota sadly.

This was may 18th of this year (4 1/2 months ago) I have already gotten over it but never got around to appologizing until now, and trust me I won’t.

AFK means “Away From Keyboard”, essentially just being idle. It has become a common problem with Reach as the ranking system based on credits, and the majority of credits earned are through time in matches, not performance. Looking at your history, just a spot check, I am not seeing activity to determine your ban.
You mention you lag out of a few games. Esentially when you lag out, it counts as a “quit” according to the system. Too many quits in a short time will earn you a 10 minute matchamaking ban along with probabation lasting 4-7 days, meaning another quit earns you another matchmaking ban. Usually quit bans do not come with credit or console bans unless you are really excessive. I emphasize excessive as I only know of one person receiving this special treatment and they had A LOT of quitting.
I can look into your history more to help determine your ban a little more, but will need more information. When were you notified you were banned the first time, this will narrow down the history to determine the bigger factors.

This is an easy one, that guest controller you signed in on Saturday (9/16/2011) and allowed to sit idle, that is frowned upon as idle boosting. Before you say my mom, grandma, cat, dog, wife, girlfriend, etc is not very good at the game, keep in mind the banhammer IS NOT BASED ON KILLS. I emphasize this as some people seem to think it is. On top of this your “guest” was killed in the spawn points in the game, meaning not moving according to game viewer and heatmaps.
The length of the ban will depend on how many times you have been banned in the past. The most common ban length right now for this behavior is two weeks. Bans can also be 24 or 48 hours, again depending on if you have been banned before. Usually the offending GT, in your case Tunner Ricer, and the console are banned for the length the banhammer sees fit. Please learn the lesson and do not repeat the behavior, I also hope you were not taking lessons in boosting from people like supers0ak FTW or CaptainSoggey as they have been banned and reset on multiple occassions, so their little plans are not fool proof either.
