can someone please help me and my friend jacob3677 got banned twice for earning credits but we play fair and if someone can lift the bann and someone explain the bann and how long and when we find out what caused it we can avoid it ever happening again please give us another chance
I had just woke up to a two week credit ban,yesterday i got back from a father and son vacation just us not my little brother not my mom, just us, and my mom said that my little brother had been playing none stop , that means all day, and all night, i do not deserve this credit ban at all, but i did already take responsibility to make a log in before you can play on the account itself, so my little brother has been ‘banned’ from the Xbox and he can never play again,unless if i am watching him, so i got credit banned because he been playing 24/7, and the network thinks i’m doing something like boosting, so i have taken my responsibility, please take yours, my gamer-tag is Pale Rider247. please un-ban me. And i have a question, if nobody helps me on this, after the ban is up at 14 days will i get reset? Thank You.

Just a few minutes ago I was banned when I was in a headhunter game in multi-team I was shooting down enemies when a window pops up saying you have been banned from earning credits temporarily. I’ve been in this situation before and this is the second time I’ve been banned. Last time it was because I had forgot to sign out a user on my Xbox. This time it didn’t make sense.
I was deranked from Hero to Colonel Grade 1. And credit loss. Any Reason?

i just got banned for leaving because i was zombie 3 times in a row 3 games in a row… isnt it suppose to b random… can some1 unban me
i just think its alittle dumb that when i leave 3 games i get banned… also 343 should make up there mind on the betray boot system because it seems to b that when ever i get betrayed on purpose i dont get the option to boot but when i accidentally betray someone i get booted right away

You need to get kills when you play. First time ban is 24h after that it’s ussualy 1 week etc.
It has already been a day and it still says it should i try to earn or wait another day?

Obviously I’ve now read up on it and the causes.
Most of mine I think is due to playing with my younger brother on my dads account and he rarely gets many kills , as bad as 0 for 20 sometimes.
Some could be to do with me leaving to join my mates games but I don’t do that all that much.
Both I won’t do anymore obviously (which is a shame cause my younger brother likes playing)

how do you find out how long you or your console are banned from earning credits?
First ban’s usually 24 hours. Second ban’s usually two weeks.
AFAIK there’s no way to check your ban length. Just have to wait it out.
We have 4 Xbox accounts. Trying to play halo reach with my son on line and we recieved a temp ban on tuesday. Today I was playing with him then he left and I was playing halo match maker and it post a ban during one of my best games ever. Why??? I know are skill levels are way different?
