Ok so today I had a friend of mine over. I fell asleep while he was playing Halo reach. Little did I know he made an Xbox silver account and did the daily challenge credit glitch on said account. After a while he must have jumped back onto my account and fell asleep. I eventually woke up due to the TV brightness to notice a little notification saying “This Xbox 360 console has been banned from earning credits for 2 weeks.” So I’m like “WHAT!!!” So I wake my friend up and ask him what he did. He said in a laughing voice that he made a silver account and credit glitched for fun. So I go onto the said account and It says that the account along with the Xbox 360 console has been banned from earning credits for 2 weeks. The thing is I just want my account to be unbanned because It had nothing to do with the other account, so that is why I’m here at this moment. It didn’t derank either of the accounts but I think it should of deranked and banned the silver account instead of my account. Please unban my account, I only have Halo reach for a short period of time due to me trading Skyrim for it with my other friend. I want to be able to earn credits to rank up before I have to give it back. I’m very agitated with my friend right now. So Please, please unban me…

My Husband and 3 children have been credit banned since Sunday. Why in the world would anyone ban them? Also! I was told we would get an e-mail and there is not any e-mails at all! I have spent a multitude of money on this xbox stuff. If my family is unable to play maybe we all need to look at company practices a little closer! I should be prorated also if we are unable to have full access we should have a smaller bill as well!
We are reading all of these rules that get you banned and gee wiz. It sounds like you have to wear your wizard’s hat at a 36 degree angle from the tip of the leader’s nose, on a day that has a very long night, ect…! WOW! Come on!

So i just bought all three of the map packs for halo reach, and I’ve been playing with some friends for a couple of hours and i was just banned from earning credits, FOR NO REASON. All I’ve been doing is playing the game. I would like this fixed pls.

So, ever since yesterday, I’ve been getting the message that I’ve quit too many games and that I shouldn’t quit more or I’d risk a ban. The problem is, this message came up without warning, or reason. I’ve been playing since launch, and I’m a brig now, but besides maybe a few times -ever- I’ve never quit a match. I few disconnects here and there because sometimes my internet gets wonky, but I don’t quit on purpose.
I just don’t understand why this message would be popping up every single time I boot the game up since yesterday? I disconected from two matches today - other people in my house were Netflixing, and it screwed with my connection - and both times I received a 15 minute ban.
Is there any way to stop this? I saw a post up a few that has a similar problem. Just dunno what happened all of a sudden. Any help would be appreciated.

i had the same problem and acouple days later got a 2 week cr ban and its been a week and no one has givvin me a reason why i was banned and this is supposed to be the forum to ask on
The quick answer is that the ban system is mucked up, they know about it, yet either don’t bother fixing it or don’t care. It sucks I know. When I traded cod in for reach I had no issues that first week. Week 2 rolled around and I was getting banned left and right for afk’ing. After the initial 2 bans I got I haven’t ran into any more problems (knock on wood).

My son has just said he’s getting no CR , so iv’e just gone to dashboard then back into game and it says , this console has been temporarily banned from earning CR.
He wants to know why ,and i don’t know .
This is genuine ,Iv’e got my own console and don’t play MM much

Ok i played halo reach the day before yesterday and earned 147k cr in one day and the daily max is 200k and they banned me i didnt hack or mod i played legitally earning at least 100k+ in matchmaking the rest in challenges has anybody else got credit banned for no reason before??

Well I know it says im responsible, but I was over a friends house and my little brother uses my account to play with his friends and stuff, and im guessing him and my cousin were playing and my cousin used a guest account but when I came back it said I was banned from credits… But I really didnt expect this I was so close to commander
didn´t receive any message every time i play now, my credits earned doesn´t add to my progress, slot machine etc… i´m stuck, am i banned? can someone explain my status
