I wasn’t cheating and I had not played for 2 days when the ban started
Recently I had been banned from earning credits on halo reach and have not figured out why. I haven’t modded, hacked, glitched, farmed for credits, and AFK’ed. I’m trying to understand the reason why I had gotten banned so that I will not do whatever I did again.
There are several games where you have gotten zero kills in. Not getting any kills makes it appear that you are AFK wether you are or you aren’t isn’t the point. You have to always at least get one kill a game, which isn’t that hard even if your bad. Disconnects and Quits don’t help either.
I had recently gotten banned from earning credits and I haven’t figured out exactly why. I do not mod, hack, glitch, AFK, or farm for credits. I just want to know so that I won’t do whatever I did in the future. . .
why did i get banned? if i did any thing worng im sorry but please unbanned me so i can start earning credits again look im for kill any of my team meats ok so please unbanned me ok
i think they are just ban happy i havent been banned b4 and my profile and xbox are banned for 2 week and i dont get an answer why

Got banned from Halo 3 matchmaking approx. 3 years ago for me downloading a modded picture off some random kid’s fileshare and posted it on mine. I really didn’t bother trying to get unband since Halo Reach was releasing soon but now I want to go back to Halo 3 and I’m still banned. I was told to come here to get support in this topic. I don’t think I should be banned “for life” for that reason so if anybody from this website can help me or better yet “unban” me, it’ll be highly appreaciated.

It is a permanent ban, it won’t be removed, no matter how sorry or later on it is.
It’s been over 4 days of getting banned. I have gotten banned before for leaving too many games but that is all. My little brother was playing on my account. He doesn’t know how to kill enemies very well or even use the controller. I let him use my account thinking it wouldn’t cause anyone any harm. He’s having fun and I was watching him play as well. I dont get why though? I jumped in certain games when he started getting tired. Can you please look into this? I REALLY want to level up again. Credit Banning is kind of ridiculous. I wasn’t even in game with like guests. I just let him play. He honestly can’t kill anyone with a gun. He probably got like 1 or 2 and kept falling off the edge or either committing suicide. PLEASE look into this.

No I don’t believe you can get banned for that since the Target Locator glitch is not bannable.
Ok so today I had a friend of mine over. I fell asleep while he was playing Halo reach. Little did I know he made an Xbox silver account and did the daily challenge credit glitch on said account. After a while he must have jumped back onto my account and fell asleep. I eventually woke up due to the TV brightness to notice a little notification saying “This Xbox 360 console has been banned from earning credits for 2 weeks.” So I’m like “WHAT!!!” So I wake my friend up and ask him what he did. He said in a laughing voice that he made a silver account and credit glitched for fun. So I go onto the said account and It says that the account along with the Xbox 360 console has been banned from earning credits for 2 weeks. The thing is I just want my account to be unbanned because It had nothing to do with the other account, so that is why I’m here at this moment. It didn’t derank either of the accounts but I think it should of deranked and banned the silver account instead of my account. Please unban my account, I only have Halo reach for a short period of time due to me trading Skyrim for it with my other friend. I want to be able to earn credits to rank up before I have to give it back. I’m very agitated with my friend right now. So Please, please unban me…

It isn’t a glitch, and yes, it is just a good use of a checkpoint.

its been another day of being banned. I would like to play Halo Reach again. My little brother was playing on my account and he can’t even turn and move and run at the same time. He got like 1 or 2 kills but thats it. He WAS PLAYING the majority of the time. I played like 3 or 4 of them while he was playing when he got tired. Please unban its been 5 days
On 6/7/2012 I was worming up and a pop up message <saying that i was ban for a week>. I don’t understand why I was given this punishment. I’ve never cheated nor boosted kills, Cr. Please i’m really trying to fix this asap! its really embarrassing to be ban when your number 1 in the world for a playlist. The new season 12 of arena just started and i’m trying to get a head start with me team, please help me fix this delay.
These people really need to get their $hit together. I’ll try to be as “courteous” as possible as to not get flagged on here, but I’m really getting frustrated. A few days ago, the new update for June came out. As soon as I played ONE game, I received the message that basically said I’ve quit too many games and will be put on probation, etc. Really? After completing a game to its entirety I get this message? At any rate, since then, the same message has been popping up every time I turn on the game. I’ll admit to quitting one game last night, but was immediately banned due to this fact.
To make matters worse, I just finished playing a firefight game online where all three of my teammates quit the game. I used this time to occasionally kill some bad guys while checking my email. As soon as the game is finished & I get my points, I am temporarily banned AGAIN! For WHAT?!? Whether I finish a game, quit a game, or my teammates quit, I still apparently get temporarily banned for “quitting.”
And you wonder why I refuse to play Halo 4 when it comes out. Pretty pathetic.
