> You were banned due to your AFKing activity in this game, Slayer Pro on Imago
Moa, would you actually look at the game before assuming shizza? The final score was 1-11, and you’re saying he was banned for that? If so, every other person there would have been banned too…
> Is this an actual question? Because the end looks like a rhetorical question…
you did ask for it
> You were banned due to your AFKing activity in this game, Slayer Pro on Imago
but even if you are right that still doesent make sence we were playing firefight dobbles
> Actually, you are. You get put on probation, and then you get banned. And a second thread by you on the subject isn’t needed.
for a credit ban ? what are you talking about
I was told to post here…I was playing Halo Reach Live all day, I shut down for 2 hours, came back and they said my system was banned for a week! I have been playing live for 8 years and never had a problem!!!
We DONT CHEAT, we DONT lag, we DONT sell accounts…why the ban? PLEASE HELP ME!!!
You did something wrong.
You are NEVER banned for no random reason.
If you are banned from Xbox Live you should take it up with Microsoft not 343. If you were banned on Halo Reach, please post in the “Why Am I Banned?” Sticky at the top of the forum page instead of making a thread.
I looked over your entire games played… holy crap man, you’ve quit so many games it’s unreal. They all seem to be 2v2’s with the same person I assume a friend of yours. Quitting is a bannable punishment because you deriving the fun from others wether its ditching team mates or ending a game early for any opposing team who is wanting to play. A week is pretty heavy, you should definitely stop now before it jumps up to a few weeks.
I just got my first ever credit ban. It’s no mystery why, I was achievement boosting with my friends for about 11 games. And you know, I’m really regretting it now. Not because I got credit banned though, for my own personal reasons. It’s making me sick just thinking about it.
So, while we were doing it, I had a guest signed in idling, which I’m guessing is specifically why I got banned. The guest was simply so we didn’t get anyone in our game that wasn’t in our group, not for anything else, but that’s no excuse regardless. And I know they won’t see it, or even care, but I apologize to the few people that actually did end up in a couple of our games.
Anyway, I’m curious how long the ban will last. The message telling me I’ve been banned popped-up in this game. But I’m really worried about the length of it, because the message actually popped-up three separate times in this one game.
Besides that, I’m also curious if this ban will have any sort of side effects. I really don’t mind not being able to earn credits. I mean, I do, but I’m more worried whether or not it’ll affect me from doing something else unrelated to credits in the future.
I’d really appreciate any sort of help!
I am band to and i dont no y

Your ban length is always unknown, if you know what you are doing is wrong, then there is a high chance you will be caught and the punishments only get worse the more you do it.
> So no one knows y
You are providing little to no information at all about what you did. If you were banned, you were banned for a reason and there is no way to tell how long it will last. You will have to wait it out and try not to do whatever it was you did the first time. If you need an idea of what you might have done read a few pages back, several potential ban suggestions have been made before.
Halo Sucks! once again i get banned from earning credits when i did nothing wrong god this pisses me of soo much! can anyone get rid of ban cos i did nothing wrong!
I have been trying to make a forum and nothing is happening!!
I played yesterday all day, shut it off for 2 hours, came back and it said I was banned for a week!! I have been playing live for 8 years and NEVER had a problem! How do I find out WHY I was banned???
My gamer tag is Vic Vaselino X and I was playing Halo Reach. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I never quit! We have bad internet here and it spikes and I get thrown out…We thought it was the other team quitting, but it wound up being us…What do I do??

Quits or internet spikes that cause you to get disconnected still counts as quits. You should change your ISP before you ever play again as it is a bannable offense and you have many games that are labeled as quits.

Oh, I’m sorry, I thought this thread was for asking why you got banned, not how long.
If it’s unknown, that’s fine. I have to live with it either way. It’s my own fault, I knew dang well what I was doing. But I’m not going to do it again. It’ll be my first and only time.
So like I said before, I’m more worried about any other sort of consequences besides not being able to earn credits. Once the ban is over, assuming I don’t earn another one, will there be anything noticeable left over?

Nope, you will be able to earn credits again like normal, rank resets used to occur but 343i don’t do them.

Awesome! Thank you very much, that’s pretty much exactly what I wanted to know.
