is bungie still keeping track of people who get banned?? my three month ban ended 2 days ago and im still banned. i am unable to play matchmaking on halo3 cuz its still saying i am banned. i have been keeping track of my ban cuz i marked the date on my calender

From what i got from that, i think you’re asking about when your Custom Challenges will pay out.
They get added to your credit total after the challenge timer reaches zero
no i want to get unbaned because i didn’t do anything and if i cant get un banned can u tell me when i will get un banned so i know when to start playing again
Yes ill admit i was AFK on firefight for about 5 games straight and did that a few times last week.
But its been telling me my account/console is temporarily banned from earning credits for almost 2 days.
How long is this gonna play out for me?

Well if you have done this more than once your looking at a few weeks possibly 5 if it is a first attempt probably 2 weeks at most

Bans cannot be undone/ or apealed. All we can do here is explain to you why you were likely banned.
The ban hammer reads 0 kill games as the player being AFK. If your guest has 0 kill games, your account gets a credit ban for the guest being AFK. The good news is, first time bans last only 24-48 hours. If it’s not the first ban you’ve recieved, it could be 2 weeks plus.
If you want to play with less experienced/bad players without risk of a ban, stick to firefight, campaign or custom games.

There is a whole thread for questions like this. WHY WAS I BANNED
There is a 1-2 day ban for your first infraction, 2 weeks plus for repeated offenders
i got banned for no reason i was never afk so i got credit banned for no reason but if i was afk i fell asleep while playing the xbox but if you did so happen to fall alseep you should be able to get kicked out of the game anyway
You know we can go check your service record right? LOL right on the top page there’s several games in a row where you AFKed in Firefight, enjoy your credit ban.

And, I’m not buying that BS line of “if I did AFK, it was cause I fell asleep playing” either.

As I said on your earlier concerns on it, you will just have to be patient, nobody offers ban support for Halo: Reach and Halo 3, this topic is purely for asking why you were banned and community members use your game history to point out why.

Even when you are cR banned, you can still earn custom challenge credits, small bug on 343i’s side.

If it is not over after 48 hours, expect a 2 week long wait.
Even if you did fall asleep, that is still going AFK. If you are that tired, don’t play the game.

You do know that your service record is easily accessible, and it’s been pointed out by others that you AFK’d. The whole falling asleep thing will not work either. Why would you leave your account in the postgame lobby and let the countdown end and put you into a search again? Lies.
i never got an email teling me the my xbox was being banned from earning credits… first it was my tag name… and then i keep gettin told that its banned… and i just got my game tell me wats up with that…

i know that i dont be cheating or doing any hacking so why is my xbox being banned i just got this game last friday and i get on last night fo it to tell me that i was banned from earning credits… and its bs for real… ill never play this game again if the system is messed up and bannin me for no reason at all
Left my game on in a matchmaking lobby, and when I came back a few hours later I had been temp. banned from earning credits, is that the reason why? How long is this ban in effect its already been a day almost, its my first one, and do I get my challenge and other credits after it ends. And do I still get custom challenge credits during or after?
