If you’re not doing stuff on purpose, maybe you need to contact your Internet Service Provider and see what the deal is. If you’ve got a router, try to directly connect to your modem instead, maybe your router is old/not great anymore.
Sometimes I’ve seen it happen where a match was found, and then for some reason the lobby splits. I know this because I was in a party with my team, and half of them were in a game where it said I quit out, but I was in a different game where they quit out. A while after that sort of stuff happens, you could go to bungie.net to see which game was “real” (one wouldn’t have any stats for it, the other game would); and you might be able to do the same thing on waypoint but it’s significantly more difficult since they hate timestamps here.
Who do you contact?
Your ISP and tell them you are continuously lagging out of games on Xbox LIVE, this isn’t a Halo: Reach problem, nor a 343i problem, it is solely on you.

My sons and I were playing Halo Reach matchmaking (Swat-boardwalk, I think) last Saturday, when suddenly our opponents started getting glitchy. Then everyone on the console got banned from credits, and we didn’t even do anything wrong. We weren’t even winning. I reported my opponents afterwards b/c I thought maybe it was something they did, but I’m not really sure. My middle son says he’s still banned (5 days now). I haven’t checked mine yet. Is there anything you can do? What can I do?

I was on last night when the server went down and it was off for about 15 20 minutes and when it came back on in the middle of a swat game a message appeared saying i was temporarily banned from earning credits. i thought this would go away the next day but when i logged into the game it still said it. WHY pleas help

Second time bans tend to last 1-2 weeks.
As for your query on your girlfriend, she will not be banned if she is getting 5-10 kills a game, it only tracks zero kill games for AFKing activity.

Your guest was the reason for your ban, he had AFKing activity in this game: SWAT on Asylum.

Mute bans are completely player controlled, if you receive a certain amount of mutes in a limited space of time, you will be given a mute ban as you are clearly causing disruption, however, it is easily abused, especially in the MLG playlist were everyone mutes the other team to stop them from hearing call outs.
As far as the community knows, mute bans can’t be removed, your friends & people online will have to unmute you to hear you & talk to you.

It is likely you hit the credit cap or didn’t play the level long enough for any cR.
You would be notified if a ban was placed on your account.

Probably eith (1) a credit ban or (2) your done with the commendation style that your using to kill the enemies, or as The Little Moa said, you hit the cR cap.
