Nope, bans can not be appealed.
Banning someone who paid to play the game, and is trying to learn the game without cheating or getting frustrated is just going to chase people away from the Halo experience.

It was either keep it like it is or allow all the AFKers to run rampant and boost to their hearts desire.
If someone has video proof though, of me and her both completing the entire game, this should have never happened… Those people who boost should be looked into by an actual employee instead of being lazy and using an automated system. Everyone pays for the game and should have a fair chance to prove you are not guilty. This would not be happening on any other game because they give everyone a fair chance

I don’t recall a single Xbox game which allows you to appeal bans, besides, Bungie made the system and 343i simply took over, both companies have used an automatic banhammer and always will, if you could appeal bans, people would be appealing them even if they were legitimate bans in the hope of getting unbanned which just wastes employees time.
Don’t expect to get unbanned.

Keep her out of matchmaking, stick to custom Firefight, custom games, forge & campaign.
But she has an Xbox Live gold account, and wants to be able to play against other people and her friends. She is competitive and wants to get better at killing PvP per say…
Ok so this is my 2nd illegitamate credit ban. The first time I let go but now that its becoming excessive I feel the need to say something. Ive been banned twice for 2 weeks after playing 12 hour days and earning over 130k credits, both days I had completed all daily and my weekly challenge, and this time I was trying to power-level to general. If I hadnt gotten credit banned twice I could have been a field marshall, and I dont believe its justified reasoning to ban me from my own game.

dude it seems like they are just banning people because they can honestly… if people boost, fine, who cares!!! its just a rank, and you can tell if they boost!

The ban was legitimate.
So for afk’ing 1 game or 2 i get a 2 week ban? shouldnt it be more like 24 hours? Thats just rediculous.

First time bans tend to only last 24-48 hours, the more offences you have, the longer the ban tends to be, in your case a 1-2 week ban.

This game looked rather odd, you managed to die 6 times, commit suicide and not get any kills.
Looks like a few AFK games in 2x score attack.

So Grifball or any other type of Boosting will only get you cR Banned, and you can’t be reset for it? Since I’m an Eclipse and it took me a few months to get it… I would hate to be reset.
Also, can you get Permanently Banned from earning credits for doing something bad?

Only temporary cR bans, you will never get a permanent cR ban, just a simple full online Reach ban, no matchmaking, custom games, forge or campaign with any other players.
