Well I can guarantee that she was afking nor was the other AsAsInMaN1 who was also in that game it could have just fritzed or maybe the other team was afking but was definitely not anyone on my console and I know a lot of people say that and say this but I’m being genuine and again a lot of people say that but I love xbox I love halo and I love helping others see the awesomeness that is halo on xbox360 so please don’t punish someone who would never has never willl and never going to lie, cheat, or steal from anyone or thing and definitely not Microsoft, 343, or Bungie. Also we played for about two or three more hours after that before we got the ban this is the first time something like this has happend to me do you happen to know how long this credit ban will be for because I used to play with just my name and my friends would just play as guests. They liked the game so much they got xbox live gold and I don’t want them to be turned away from such a great game and great system because a computer thought my friend (who can barely turn on a controller let alone know how to afk) heck I didn’t even know about afk Untill I read about while trying to figure out why I was banned thank you

Sorry I can’t help you out at much, I can tell you if it is a first time ban, that is should last anywhere between 24-48 hours.
Um Im banned from file sharing and browsing, theater, and custom games…I don’t mod…I don’t idle guests cause I only have one controller, I don’t screw with my internet cause I don’t know how to…and I don’t really leave games in reach matchmaking…can u explain why im banned and why no one can help me?

File Share bans are handed out for modded content located within them, as for custom game bans and theater, I’m stumped.
I got credit banned a couple of days ago. it actually just said that my account and console got temporarly credit banned . but how long does a temporarly ban last?
It depends on what you did. The first ban is supposed to be 24-hours. But on the Bungie forums I remember someone saying that each notifications is another, separate ban. So it really depends on how many times you saw the notice come up.
well it only came up one time because me and my friends were all in a party and we were playing grifball and all of a sudden it popped up and said this account has been temporarly banned from earning credits and i wasnt even boosting. so every time i get on halo reach it first says that this console has been temporarly banned and then it pops up and says this account has been temorarly banned. so what do i do?
If you feel you’ve been unfairly banned you can post your request for a fix here. But the banning system very seldom gets things wrong, if you were credit banned it’s likely because:
a) You were boosting in Griffball.
b) There were AFK guests on your profile and you killed several of them.
yeah see thats what happend because my friend was over at my house so i signed him in as a guest and he was playing for a while but his mom called him while we were still in a game because she wanted him to come back to her house to eat supper so he just left the controller sitting on the couch and he got killed over and over agian and then i popped up saying i got teporarly credit banned. but he did play more than one game while signed in as a guest. i dont really know if that has anything to do with me getting banned or not.

You just confirmed it yourself, your guest was AFK, so you got banned for it.

If it has lasted longer than 48 hours, expect it to last for 1-2 weeks.
I have been banned from earning credits in halo reach. I’m not sure what I have done to earn this punishment. I was playing infection,anniversary BTB, and rumble pit with 3 guests when it said that I was banned.Just curious how long this thing lasts and wondering what i did to derserve it.
