It is not something easily fixable, hence why they added the ban for it.

Okay. Does the quit ban affect whether or not you are able to boot people. Because I cant go one day without some being a jerk online and attacking me, and when I decide to do something about it it seems like I get booted instantly but they can betray me a bunch before I can even get the option to kick them. And you can say that the system that judges all these instances is correct all you want but when my friends Internet connection is lost a couple of times I’m stuck waiting because it’s considered quiting. That’s messed up.

The bans aren’t stopping you from playing the game. They just stop you from getting credits. If it’s a 2 week ban, chances are you have been banned before and probably for the same thing. So it’ll show you have a history of bans, and won’t be removed.
Either way, you can still play the game, you just can’t get credits. From what I understand though, you can still get credits from custom challenges.
My 14 year old grandson (Goblin80000) is a very good halo reach player, I guess you cry babies can’t deal with a good player so you credit ban him. I am just about sick of this B.S. Grow up! You keep this stuff up, and you can shove your new Halo where the sun doesn’t shine! Yeah, it’s not at all hard to start a boycott or switch to PS3 or both.
You keep banning without a fair cause, and surprise, you will meet Mr.Lawsuit! That’s what Grandpa’s do when cry babies ban people unfairly.
Now I (Older Than Dirt) am going to go sell my copy of Reach at Gamestop, because if you are afraid of a 14 year old, if I kicked you butts you would ban me for life.
So bottom line, Prove you have just cause to credit ban Goblin80000, or get ready for things to get Real Ugly, I am 56 Years Old not 14, and I have the money and the resources to make things get real nasty!

Nah, he was intentionally killing himself in this game: Game.
He was AFK in this game: Game 2.
Sell the game by all means, one less cheater to deal with, you won’t get anywhere if you think you can take legal action, the evidence is all in his game history.
What about the 99.9% chance that you PROVE IT! Or is that too much to ask? Prove you credit Banned me fairly! You can’t, because I DO NOT CHEAT! Maybe you should get some people working on this that actually have a clue.

i just got banned for 2 weeks from Halo:Combat Evolved Anniversary for no reason. I don’t AFK or cheat,boost etc. This is BS. I have a thought on why I am banned but still its not a good reason. I was playing Anniversary Classic yesterday in Damnation and 2 of my partners quit. I’m sure everyone knows that when people quit everything spawns back up. So every the game went to host migration I got rockets and overshield and kept getting kills. After the game was finished I had 40 kills but not all from rockets more than half were from pistol and some were from shotgun and sniper as well. Some guy sends me a message talking trash and calling me a cheater for forcing host migration which I didn’t even know was possible ; next day I started playing I get banned. Someone please explain why this happened. My gt : llPainKillerll

I’ve had a quick look at your game history, can’t see anything related to AFKing or full party boosting to say the least.

Yes I did and I have NEVER cheated in any of my games. Some guy said he reported me for cheating because I got all the rockets and overshield after the host migration was going on. If i had the chance to upload the video on my file share to prove I was NOT cheating I would do so myself.
is there any way i can contest this crap. i havent even exited a game yet. i always finish. wtf
