Believe me, I’m not going against you at all, I try to help out with answers here whenever possible, and I was the one that alerted you to the custom challenge issue…I’m just trying to help. The 00 secs thing would clearly mean there was never an active game. On top of that, there has to be some sort of reset system. Like a timeframe. I can’t get o kills in a game on tuesday, another game weds, then saturday get o kills and get banned for AFK. I’ve noticed 90% of the time it runs in a row games, normally 3. So if that as the day that got him banned, within the 24-48 hrs period there would have had to been 2 other games, which I didn’t see.
Mostly I’m just saying I don’t believe that one game got him banned, and I’d put money on the thought that there is another GT that got banned and it got his whole console.

he can contact microsoft by email at wehelp@microsoft.com and they can investigate it an find out exactly why he was banned and its not over your entier carrer as far as afk bans its 3 games in a day as i was told by a microsoft employee
well i wasnt doing very good in halo and i went to help my dad and the games never stopped playing and i came back and it said i was temporaily banned and i didnt know it when will i b unbanned
Well i was playing reach with my brother and he barely gets 1 kill and my xbox is banned of gaining credits how and wen will i be unbanned i see why he got banned but hes not really great i just wanted to know how he or i will be unbanned its not really fair though he was actualy playing and so was i and it wasnt fair i want to and need to know why cause i love playing halo and he somewhat does we lost our mother a year ago on march 27 our xbox was stolen a couple months ago so i created this guy and i cant play when will my xbox be unbanned so i can become a general i really want to play please reverse our ban’s its not our fault and i had to help my father also and the games kept going and i didnt realize it
Ive been banned twice now when the game is glitching out and it ends the game with only me left playing then i get credits then im banned wtf i understand sometimes i accendently kill someone by using the tanks or missles then i get booted which counts as quiting this really needs to be fixed

My son got credit ban for AFK (I think that is signing in as a guest but not playing). I have sine told him this is wrong and although not a reason, he really wasn’t trying to be malicious. He has had troubles with assassinations lately and was trying to figure out why it wasn’t working lately. He has not done this “boosting” in mind (nor will he further). So i understand the credit ban and he needs to stick it out. The question i have is that we do not see an end date listed or a length of the temporary ban. Even when signing on under the other accounts on the XBOX. Is there a place to look up how long a ban is in effect?
is there anyway of knowing how long your ban will last. I know I’ve not been band before, this is definately my first time. But thats understandable, Halo has rules and I didn’t follow them. How will know how long the ban will last? I miss playing Halo
In the future, is there anyway we can receive an email saying weve been banned and give the reason for why we would be banned? I figure that way, the people out there who got banned for not knowing the rules would have a clear understranding as to what they did wrong. I know I messed up and it sucks not being bale to play Halo. I definately wouldn’t try to cheat, I love playing way too much. But is it possible to receive an email in the future with a warning before a ban occurs or an email after you get banned giving the reason as to why you were banned?
ok i was banned for an ingame glitch, i was using the japenese keyboard and went to go change my clan tag, and to my surprise it worked, i changed my clan tag to 3/4 played an infection game and was insta console banned, it wasn’t a mod or a hack it was a ingame glitch, and my gamer tag is I r Lazy XD
After reading several pages I now understand I was banned for a guest afking… in FF Doubles. I do not like laggy games and don’t see the point in getting stuck with a lame teammate in FF. Wish I knew I would be banned for making FF harder on myself, seemed like a perfectly legit way to boost kills to me… Its FF, I wanted to play it by myself, didn’t know it would get you banned.
