There is no problem, you were banned for AFK boosting.
For a first time offence, it tends to last 24-48 hours.

So I got a temporary credit ban for boosting the last four Reach achievements a couple nights ago, it has been a couple of days now, still I am ? When is this up?
Next time you guys do multiplayer achievements can you make them realisticly achievable through a normal course of playing? It is really stupid how specific some of these were, and never even getting the right gametypes to come up to get them legitimately is a joke.

Play normally and don’t worry about the achievements then, they will come naturally.
As for your ban, if it still hasn’t ended after a few days, it is likely a 1-2 week ban.
This is ridiculous. It counts a challenge more than once and it’s my fault? Not only is that atrociously handled network supervision, it’s also a major inconvenience and disservice. My brother completed the challenge twice. By accident. So you get X number kills with a DMR. If you play SWAT, that figure is usually not something you tally up, let alone worry about ban over. I find it ludicrous how now nobody in my apartment can play, just because he got 8,000 Cr by accident. It takes a career total of 20 MILLION to get to Inheritor, so why do you care so much?? I do not have a modded console, software, ANYTHING. I play fair, and this is how I get treated. Crap like this is an incentive for people to react more negatively than anything else. If the system is automated, why don’t you make it a little more precise? Maybe next time I’ll stick with Battlefield 3 on PC- and you can take your xbox and shove it.

With all due respect who are you to tell me how to play? If I didn’t boost them I was not going to get them, I didn’t hurt anybody, and our game was full so I am not sure I see the problem.
I have every achievement in every Halo game, if they are put into the game they should be achieveable through normal progression, without boosting them it is nearly impossible to get them due to low population on the proper play lists where the specific maps and game types are available. It is not my fault that 343 made bad achievements.
Anyways thanks for the info though.

if you have a problem with it please contact microsofts corperait complaint department by sending them an email at wehelp@microsoft.com they will get back with you usuaily within an hour they want feedback from players like us …if you want something changed you have to tell the right people thats the email adress to the right people right now they need to hear from us as to unfair banning they are contacting 343 to work out a way to ban the people doing bad things an not ban the REAL players useing the game properly…their name says it all wehelp@microsoft.com

He was banned legitimately, not falsely, just because someone is banned doesn’t mean you need to constantly tell them to e-mail wehelp@microsoft.com because they don’t want a ban.

im tellin people where to go to complain he was complaining about his ban i told him where to do that you said so yourself sweetheart this forum is to find out why you were baned not for complaining about it

little moa you are here alot you help alot of people figure out why they were banned an most of them complain that they didnt do it an its an unfair ban or that the system sucks cuz they had to do it to get the challenge people here complain ALOT about mant things so i keep posting for them to email wehelp@microsoft.com because thats the complaint dep at their corperait office …i tell ya what you tell em why you think they were banned an ill tell em where to complaine about it …help me to help you…im 42 yrs old an disabled got no job got no life i can be here alllllll day everyday

I have a problem, my console was temporarily banned from earning credits. what did i do and why cant i get a hold of anyone to resolve the issue. me and my friend were playing dmr’s. when the game was done i stopped to text a friend and that message popped up.
thats strange because she was playing, she had to put the controller down once because we are sick. you can guess why.
