If he did things like afk (walk away and stop moving in the middle of a game) then you could be cR banned.
best way to solve this problem, dont let him play online
considering your “son” is 3 years old, i doubt he would be getting many kills, the ban system will think you are boosting if you get 1 or 2 kills every game
Yeah if you get little to no kills, it’ll think you’re boosting. If its your first ban, don’t worry, its only 24 hours.
But really, is it even possible for a 3 year old to play Reach, or any game, for that matter?

My son is 7 and he has his own Xbox Live account,
We play only custom games together as he doesn’t have gold.
But that’s what i’d suggest for you and your son.
That way everyone has fun and no unnecessary bans will follow.

i used custome challanges in firefight i just play lots of gruntpocalypse i didnt even max out daily credit limit

Maybe super mario bros. Kids under 13 shouldn’t play shooters, I wish I hadn’t played them at all. I used to love reading, now it’s all blowing stuff up. Nintendo is for kids, xbox is for teens-adults.
My nephew is 3 years old. I showed him Halo, but I didn’t let him play. For what I’ve seen it’s like letting your cat walking on your laptop: what could be damaged will be damaged.

I believe i will be contacting a lawyer and seeing what my rights are unless i get a valid response. I did nothing wrong but play a game i payed for. Halo is not my life i dont need to cheat i care about my rank but i dont care if i lose or suck witch i do by the way but banning me for nothing wth

You were banned for AFKing activity, any person can come in and claim that they let their son play or someone who is bad at the game, it isn’t a valid excuse and there is no way even in court you can prove who was playing.
Solution: Don’t let your son play online, stick to Firefight, Campaign & Custom Games, the game itself is a 16.
Your ban won’t be lifted, if its a first time ban, it will last 24-48 hours.

Hey, i was just wondering how long id be banned for afk boosting with guests boosting for acheivements
So I’m now starting to dislike playing Halo again, considering I’ve finally found something I like (Heavies) but keep getting booted for accidental betrayals, which leads to temp bans.
So unless this some how gets fixed, I don’t see a reason to play as much anymore.
I believe i can prove it seeing how i have witness and it was his first time so i recorded it and yes it has a date so whatever im glad bungie wont be making halo 4
