Why did I get banned? Seriously

Hey there,

I’ve tried looking for a better place to ask this, but here i am.

Anyhoo, I am just wondering why I have been banned from matchmaking?

I’m in Australia, and occasionally I get matched up with the West US servers.

I had a pretty laggy game, and right afterwards, boom.
