Before the last update, Warzone RP boosts were a pretty common find in gold REQ packs. Now, they are INCREDIBLY rare. They’ve basically been entirely replaced by XP boosts. Please bring back the RP boosts and RP Jackpots! Lots of people (like me) don’t care about our Spartan Rank, so don’t care about XP. We just want RP boosts…
I would speculate it has to do with their need and thirst for money. If people are getting annoyed with grinding out RP then some will cave and just spend real money on Reqs. Kinda of like with GTA Online, make something annoying enough to get and you will get a few people spending money.
But it is annoying, after not playing for a while and just coming back I am noticing I am getting heaps of XP boosts and hardly any RP boosts. Which seriously sucks
I’m surprised to hear this problem from you since I use rare RP Jackpots all the time and still have at least 11 in reserves. Just depends on your luck I would say.
I don’t have this issue at all; I have 243 Warzone RP Jackpot boosts on tap.
I wish I could give some away…
I think the game knows what you use and want so it gives you the opposite. I get tons of RP’s that I sell. All I need are XP’s.
I have noticed a bit of a downward trend in terms of RP boosts received. I already have over 100 in reserve though so I should be fine for a while.
Really, they do this because they give your more RP. From common to legendary.
I have 99 warzone rp jackpots much more then anything else i get them more then anything else which is kind of bad for me as I have had everything for a while now so i would prefer more xp boosts
I still manage to get plenty rare rp boost… I am sitting on over 100 of them.
It’s not my imagination, or random luck. for the past 2 months Ive had a stock of like 50 RP boosts that kept getting replenished, even though I used one every game. Since the update dropped, I’ve literally run out.
I think there was a comment in the update notes about decreasing the RP boost frequency, but this is WAY too far. There should be a balance… like 50-50 RP and XP boosts.
No I’m not experiencing the low chance of getting of RP boost. I’m getting a lot of common to rare RP boosts but if you’re asking for ultra rare to legendary, then yeah it’s super rare to get but I don’t care because I can potentially get like over 5000 RP.
I have been receiving a glutton of XP Boosts as well. For me it’s a blessing, because I’m done with the pack grind; and level 147.

Halo 5 will not last much longer imo population wise and they feel the need to cash grab even more…
I’ve noticed the same thing. I had almost 200 rare rp jackpots and now I’m close to 100. I’m not even getting them back like I did before.
My good friend also only get 1 per gold pack. Maybe even less.
They did something since the mast pack and I agree with you.
So its not just me? I’ve opened up tons of Daily packs in the last week and only got one or two WZRP boosts. To make matters worse, Firefight is the only game mode I really like to play.
Yeah I was getting like warzone RP jackpot (rare) from each gold pack and now its so rare. I’m also not getting much gambit: Spartan kills (rare). Its just a lot more uncommon xp. I regret selling all those regular warzone RP boosts.

Yeah, it seems to be a thing with me as well, before the update, I’d get RP Jackpots 2 out of 3 packs, and yet since the update, that’s not a thing anymore. I opened 40 gold packs, and got 1 RP Jackpot, yet 3 Helios. So, I’d say something is wrong there.
My boost’s have been round about the same as always. Saying that I rarely buy and packs just banking lot’s of RP.
