Halo TV Series is handled by rikiya koyama as in Halo Infinite.
Our Atsuki Tani master chief has not returned.
I was wondering how HW2 seemed to be english only. I wanted to change it but apparently there was no option for that? It is basically the only Halo game I played in english.

Wow, I’m surprised they’d make such a basic mistake as that. From my understanding in Japan once a VA has a role that is “their” role, and to change for any reason outside of death or health issues very unorthodox. You’d think they’d be more culturally aware, especially in a region that Xbox struggles in.

I too wish Halo Wars 2 had been dubbed into Japanese, it was difficult to play an RTS game while reading the text and understanding the story in the game.
I was even more concerned because of the excellent dubbing in Halo Wars 1.

Tani-san, who voiced Halo CE, was so popular in Japan as the voice actor for Master Chief that he also played the original character “Chief” in other games.
We ask 343 Industries to explain in detail why they changed the voice of Master Chief without any particular reason.
Their stance is correctly expressed in a small market
HALO loses its original HALO character,

And the markets they judge to be small do not fulfill their obligations, even if the problem is large.
It was an obligation they had to express that the Master Chief was the Master Chief. But I didn’t do that in Japan.

It seems that HALO WARS2 has ended support even though it has a big bug.
And the result is HALO Infinite.
Infinite is a AAA title that has big problems and suffers from lack of content.
