why can’t you play Spartan Ops without XBOX Live Gold? You should be able to play Spartan ops like offline after you download it, Like Campaign. I can access all of the other DLC, but why is Spartan Ops different?
Because the stats tracking requires a gold connection in order to work. Medals/kills etc are all recorded and tied with your Halo service record. Without Live, this function can’t happen because it won’t connect to the Halo 4 severs. With regard to the Campaign, when you are doing your Legendary play through, you must complete all levels whilst connected to Live otherwise you won’t receive your mark vi armour.
