This was one of the main things people did after playing a match in most halo games wasn’t it? Why the hell would they not include that in 5?
Also why can’t we see the gamer tag of every player who’s about to start the match? I thought it was bad enough in 4 how the gamer tags were vertical and harder to read but now they actually get rid of them completely… are there good reasons for these things being taken out?
Yea those are two annoying things about Halo 5. Perhaps they got rid of the post game medals since they have so many medals in the game now that it would take 5 minutes to load them all up on the stats screen
And for Number 2, I would like to see who I’m playing against. I mean, we are not allowed to back out of a game anyway after it has found a dedicated server, so I don’t think its going to be as big of a problem as 343 thinks it is. I would just like to see the level of players I am playing against, so I can prepare my -Yoink!- accordingly.
My main issue with having no end of game medals shown (other than waypoint ) is that there are Gambit: Medal Count Boosts , surely you should be able to see how close you were to the top or bottom , and thus see if you could have improved slightly to get that extra experience , or if you were miles ahead and didn’t even need to worry about it.
Also who doesn’t like seeing a cool medal and it being recognized by other players . At the moment if someone gets a high multi kill, or a big spree it goes relatively unrecognized

It would still be nice to know who we’re fighting before the game starts.
It was also be nice if our stances meant more than just menu avatars. The UI would’ve been better off being like Reach or 4.
its already been confirmed that there working on the after action report for show of medals and stats they gonna give us more info on future updates about it soon

I think a lot of people at 343I have never played a past Halo game before and the ones who did thought for some CRAZY reason this would be a good idea and no one would miss them…
I agree, it is dumb…now I know they are trying to prevent people from quitting matches before they start or once the match starts but honesty, that hasn’t worked at all. Also why can’t they make it so we can view the players profile but just not see there rank till after the match. Would that honesty be so hard?? I think not! Not trying to be …whatever here… but to me this is just more sloppy work on the part of them. This is basic stuff that should be in the game

I’ll believe it when I see it…also the fact they are realizing this now (the fact medals should be able to be view after a match for example) really makes me question 343I choices even more!! Like honesty, who’s idea was it to not have this in, honesty! Again, this is basic, basic stuff!
Also I’m not “hating” on 343I. I simply want Halo to be the best it can be and I just find a lot of 343I decisions are very questionable!

Yeah man it’s so hard to imagine them sitting around a table talking about these things and all agreeing that it’s not important enough to keep.
