I’d rather search a new game instead of getting stomped by the other team. There are other games that do this, you basically just get a pop up saying, that you now can safely leave the game, cause somebody else quit. And since halo doesn’t allow players to rejoin a match, the msg could pop up instantly allowing us to quickly hop into a new game 
Because I imagine that would encourage and raise the amount of quitting. Which wouldn’t be a good thing.
I like this idea. There’s no need to play a game when you’re the last player and the other team won’t score the objective because they want to farm kills. This is a good idea.

I don’t think so, because the first player that quits the game would still get punished. Only players leaving the game after wouldn’t be affected
