Halo reach deserves to be enhanced at least a little bit, it still has the best customization and a bigger fanbase than halo 4 and some other newer halo games. ODST got a spot in MCC so why cant we include Reach?
I fear that if they do put Reach on MCC, we will loose a lot of what we liked about it. Armour customization will be like H2A, we will loose Firefight, Custom Games will be hard to come by, and a few more things that I really enjoyed about Reach. Before they can put Reach on MCC they will need to make armor customization like it was from their respective games, ODST Firefight, and especially make the file sharing system similar to how Reach or Halo 3 was, be able to search for maps, gametypes, films and images, view featured and most favorited files and things like that.
Not only that, but there is already a large amount of gametypes for Reach, that it could narrow down the population and make finding games harder. I know a ton of people that would come back, but it will only be for so long. I really liked Reach, and I would love to see it updated for MCC, but as of right now, I believe the best thing for Reach would be a X Enhanced update. Reach is very hard to look at when coming from MCC. Motion blur is god awful, its capped at 30 frames, and the maximum resolution is like 720p.
I’d rather they not disrupt the community of Reach (which is all able to play together btw) to add this to MCC.
Reach is a beautiful beast on its own. However, I would support a huge push to revive it’s player count, even for one weekend.

I wondered what was making my resolution so bad, age hasn’t done any favors for Reach.
While I get some of you like reach (I’m guessing for most of you it was your first halo), the reality is reach is very unpopular with a lot of Halo players because of armor lock, bloom, and just unbalanced AA’s in general (and having the ignominious distinction of being the first Halo with AA’s). If 343 decided to develop dlc or a standalone reach remaster, a lot of H1-h3 fans wouldn’t buy it. Therein lies the difficulty with reach: there’s a small group of people who would buy a remastered reach, but its a big wild card whether development costs could be recouped based on that alone.
I would rather see the request to add reach rather than the flood of complaints that would come when they cut tons of content from reach to add it. Remember ODST is only there because of the botched release of MCC.

You make a good point, I’ve been wondering this for awhile. It would be a dream to add Reach!

you’re right, halo reach is much better game than halo 4, should put the campaign, or put firefight in the ODST
