Since when is it wrong for a person to complain???
I’ve been playing halo since 2004 and I have never been able to replace it with another game even when COD 4 came out I would still play halo more than COD. Halo 4 has been out for almost 2 weeks and already it’s obvious that a BETA would have changed the way that many players including myself feel right now.FRUSTRATED. Halo 4 feels like halo, of course it does its HALO!, but it doesn’t play like Halo. Why You ask? because when I go back and think how halo used to be the first thing that pops up is map control not just camping in one spot but not letting ppl try to dominat certain areas like the middle hill in Ragnarok or the middle base in abandon etc… In Halo all I see is ppl literally trying to steal kills and get an ordinance drop so they can go back to their base and snipe or laser the vehicles and just blow things up…this would work if it the ordinance had an actual limit. Once a person gets a sniper on a big map all they do is go camo and hide and get more ordinance drops while the other ppl try to find them. This to me is NO fun. Ordinance drops were a great idea but not implemented right, like I mentioned before there needs to be a limit on the ordinance like 2 or 3 per game that way we don’t have teams camping in bases. The idea was to speed up gameplay and to me it feels like its been slowed down because if this. I mean 343 should have know that this could have happened who in the right mind would ever think that giving ppl power weapons on a constant basis would ever be balanced?
ALSO stop telling ppl not to complain if you are to ignorant to see that tis game has not a couple but MANY flaws then awesome go play halo 4 and dont come into the forums. A forum is used to discuss if someone is pointing out flaws let them ,because telling them that they suck is in no way constructive. I’m tired of reading ppl replies about how other gamers are noobs because they can’t adapt. NO we can’t adapt because its dumb to think that playing a game to get 10+ assists and only 4 kills with 12 deaths in a game is fun just because someone in your teem wanted some stupid ordinance drops so he can steal more kills( I know that this hasn’t changed much since the old halos but its being rewarded now and it doesn’t help to get rid of it) and also I KNOW there is a slayer pro variant no need to be reminded so plz dont try to tell me to play that instead.
Halo 4 had a lot of potential and it still does but unless 343 decides to at least let us know they care…I don’t see why they should be making 2 more halo games. PPL @ 343 you guys have no idea how much I love Halo and if you guys are TRUE halo fans then you will understand why many ppl don’t like some of the changes you made(most of which were unnecessary) I am trying to stay positive but until you guys talk to us about what being fixed and what’s not 343 will never have my respect and love like Bungie does.
It’s because there’s a complain about everything. This goes back to Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo: Reach. You can’t please everyone yet everyone wants to be pleased. Changes are designed to work with the plurality.
There will be changes to every iteration of Halo, we’d still be playing CE otherwise.

The game doesn’t revolve around you. Things won’t be made to only YOUR liking.
Because in my opinion 343 did a great job with the Halo lore and universe without going all Treyarch / Activision on it and destroying. Be thankful we still have a series to be proud of unlike CoD.
343i does care and the game just came out. This is a new trilogy and like Halo:CE, the story will start a little slow just because it’s the beginning of a second trilogy. We were dropped into Combat Evolved not knowing a thing about the human/covenant war. Now we’re dropped into another war waiting for more story fillers to come in in Halo 5 and through spartan ops videos because something important changed to re-enact the spartan program in such mass.
As for multiplayer, if you’ve payed attention, the bugs will be smoothed out with soft patches on Mondays. The game has changed alot, yes and it’s still new. All you can do for the time is be patient on more content and for issues to be addressed. 343i is watching us and they have so much to handle that they can’t do it all at once right now.

I don’t want it to revolve around me but I spent $60 on a game that has glitches left and right. And more pop up every day. I know it’s only been a week or so but that doesn’t mean I shroud be happy about and keep going if I’m spending money n a product it should b almoste perfect not half perfect.

Story wise I live what they did and the direction they are heading.
I know that there is a lot but I wish they could keep us up to par so we know what will be fixed when or at least conformation it’s even being fixed I’m getting tired of being showstopped by the person I’m assassinating
When someone complains is because they are unhappy about something when you have more than one complaint about your product something is not right even if others think nothing’s is wrong with it as for the “complaining is for girls thing” you sound like a 12 year old with that reasoning.
Legitimate complaints are fine, things like I glitched through the ground, or when a gun is NOTICEABLY way too strong and can’t be countered (Like the sawed off shotgun or retro lancer in the Gears 3 beta.) But people who claim the game sucks because they can’t beat active camo, or died because they got killed by an AR at close range are just being sore losers.
It’s because you all use the SAME arguments for EVERY complaint. What am I talking about?
The classic… “THIS GAME IS COD OMG OMG OMG OMG COD COD COD COD”, “THIS GAME ONLY HAS 10 MAPS OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG”, and even “343 SUCKS BECAUSE MULTIPLAYER ISNT PERFECTION YET WTF BROKEN GAME THIS SUX LOLOLOL.”
You need to have some back up for your complaints… saying the same crap over and over again isn’t helping… you’re not even complaining… more like… whining? Like a kid who didn’t get a new toy because their mom said no cause they couldn’t afford it.
And just so you know… CoD? Really? There’s so many other FPS that had all this stuff WAY before CoD hit it’s peak. Rainbow Six, Gears of War, etc. Quit acting like CoD and Halo are the only 2 FPS in the world… otherwise, you don’t know anything about gaming and probably shouldn’t be playing games. We don’t need crybabies. Give some suggestions in a calm manner and quit acting like you are entitled to everything. The game JUST came out. No online/multiplayer game is perfect when it comes out, and no online game will cater to EVERYONE’S needs. So quit acting like you own 343 and let them take this game in their course. If you don’t like it, then go play something else. There’s plenty of good FPS out there, Halo isn’t the only one.

Agreed, but it’s hard to see snipers in camo in BTB so that needs to be somewhat fixed idk how but at least in reach it was one or maybe 2 of these ppl at once and they usually didn’t last because they didn’t have 16 bullets per sniper and the possibility of getting more ammo withing a few kills.

I am not against what other peoples opinion is,but it is so annoying when they make the same thread over and over and about some weapon or aa being to op for them.

I agree that active camo snipers are difficult to deal with, but using promethean vision and hologram mid match helps. Halo 4 allows people to change their loadouts midgame for a reason. There shouldn’t ever be a time when you can’t fight back in some way. One of the best ways to get across a map with snipers is to try and use a vehicle. If you can engage a sniper in a midrange to close range battle the fight weighs heavily in your favor.
This game has been out for ONE week and people are -Yoinking!- about EVERYTHING. Here’s a small list of the top of my head:

Yes some are valid, but for God’s sake it’s been ONE week. ONE! Stop -Yoinking!- and have a little patience.

When a large majority of the complaints are rants and raves about people who are angry about having a bad game. Then the complaints actually drown out the real feedback players are trying to give.
