I am from Connecticut and was wondering why I 343 blocked access for my state to enter The Halo 4 Infinity Challenge?
It likely has to do with laws in the state, not a decision by 343 to exclude certain states.
Watch commercials advertising sweepstakes, there are always a list of states that the giveaway is “not valid” in, same with insurance policies.
Different states have different rules, and sometimes they aren’t worth working around because of the nature of the law.

We need the Big Government and the UN to give us some national/global contest laws.
This Competition is open to everyone world wide, hence, the list of countries that you can pick from. I’m from the UK and have just registered. Also, If you have heard of ‘Richard Branson’ you’ll know that -Yoink!-, is a British based company that has global enterprises. In other words, they have their fingers in all the juicy pies.

I am also upset because I live in Connecticut but I also have a question pertaining to this, I enlisted in the challenge and it accepted me, will I show up on the leader boards but I won’t be able to win prizes or will I just not show up on the boards at all
