I just hit the cR cap today, and now when I try to play Reach, it disconnects me from Xbox Live every time I load the game. I have no issues connecting to the Xbox dashboard. I’ve tried other accounts on Reach and have no issues staying connected; it only disconnects my gamertag.
Did I get a gamertag ban due to hitting the cr cap?
no you need to wait a day before playing again and then you will be able to earn credits.
So anytime I hit the cR cap I will be unable to sign in to Xbox Live while playing Reach for the rest of the day?

Hmm, that doesn’t sound right. I’ve hit the cap and been able to keep playing so I’m not sure the two are connected.
Is your NAT open and stuff?
Hitting the cap doesn’t have anything to do with being unable to sign into XBL, Perhaps try resetting your router? That usually helps me when my internet is being picky.
Well, I waited like 10 minutes and now I can sign back into XBL on Reach. It was really strange that all my other profiles had no issues, but I was booted from online activity. Thanks for all the comments, I’ll be sure to check/try your mentioned methods if this happens again…
I’ve hit the cap tons of times, I just waited about an hour and I could earn credits again. You shouldn’t have to wait any more than a day.
