I have updated everything and everything is installed. So why cant i play any matches. The box that says play is Grey…

Same here. Bought the battlepass and when going in any multiplayer mode the Play box is grey. Tried restarting game, console (Series x) and router. Nothing helps, still Grey.

You have to download English language. To do that just press menu-button (start) on your controller in game’s menu to open control panel, then press Y, select English. After it is downloaded and installed, you’ll be able to play.

Thanks this worked! Also 343 need to stop makibg stupid mistakes like this. This is like when the mcc was in the wron language for a lot ppl. Such a dumb mistake from them

Thank you my man, it worked perfectly, i have no idea why the language was not automatically downloaded. Kind of dumb it has to be done manually.

Seems like this should allow me to finally play too, butthe installation progress bar stays at 0.00 gb and the apply button is grey. Damn what now sigh.

Haha my bad, it was instant download, doesn’t matter that the apply stayed grey. Thank you man!!
