That means you are trying to access it with an account that has not been accepted into the flighting program. Is this account you are posting with the same one that you use for playing MCC?
Make sure that you are signing in with the GT/email you use for flighting - this can differ from the email associated with your gamertag, so be sure to check your Insider profile if you have a different email for communication. Getting “access denied” on the Insider Support site means that you are not accessing it with the correct account.

Yes it is the same email and everything, im using my account that I have set up for flighting but I haven’t been invited.
If you haven’t been invited to an active flight then you won’t have access to the support site. Only those in an active flight are able to view the Insider Support site

Ah i see thanks :), do you know if 343 is planning to roll out more invites sometime in the extension?
As far as I know, no. There were 2 major waves and 2 smaller waves of invites and the last notes I seen from a few days ago said no plans for more invites
Ok well thanks again! Please if news about more invites come about please let me know. 
I hope future flights send out significantly more invites. The Halo 4 and Infinite flights in particular.
