I’m here today writing this post for honest feedback. Now I am a Hero in Halo Reach now and every single time I go into matchmaking now I get paired with these high levels as well. Which I understand, but now I just can’t seem to have fun with Halo because all I get paired with is people who know exactly where every spawn is and every weapon and know exactly what strategical spot they need to sit in to pin us down.
Honestly though I just don’t want to play Reach Matchmaking anymore because the fun in Halo is gone for me. Honestly if I had the choice to get a rank reset I would take it so I could get paired with good ol honest halo players again.
So you have heard my story does the same problem happen with you when you just want to have fun playing Halo?
Same here I’m a Eclipse. yeah but yesterday I’m met a an Australian player, he was a captain or something and he had like 15,000 kills and 500, buy looking at his friend and profile info, he was an inheiritor in another account and was restarting with his Banshee -Yoink!- on a new account.
So you would rather play with idiots who mindlessly AR rush all the time?
Close competitive match ups > Playing people who got the game for Christmas.
That is just it though it really isn’t close this way soooo
Rank = playtime.
Rank != skill
To put it crudely, if you cannot find the game entertaining since your getting your -Yoink- handed to you, you have a couple of options.
-Quit
-Get better and improve
-Play with a team.
I’m not getting my yoink handed to me I’m still getting like 20 kills, but the game just isn’t fun with all these pros who just like spawn pin you and you can’t do like hardly anything…

Being able to kill is 1 thing.
Playing smarter is a 2nd.
You need to work on playing smarter and/or with friends.
Eh I’ve been playing A LOT the past week. I’ve partied up w/ friends probably as much as I’ve played solo (I’d say I’ve put in nearly 40 hours play time this week). My friends and I often roll over teams but occasionally we get matched up w/ a team who definitely knows what they are doing and we sometimes lose.
You just have to play it out man… for me it makes it that much more enjoyable when we do face a tough team. I think its nice to have a balance of both because I don’t want HARDCORE competition EVERY SINGLE GAME either.
By the title of the thread I was instantly going to say, “Because you don’t know HOW to have fun…” but I see your complaint is different.
I bet if you ran solo you wouldn’t get paired up w/ great players every time and would get paired against a strong team.
Also there are other playlists… what playlist(s) are you playing?
