Why can’t I get a dmr? I’m level 52 and I have even bought some packs which I will not do again…I have 2 skins for the dmr but no dmr gun…why am I not receiving one?

It’s literally just a random number generator doing its thing, but don’t worry, you’ll eventually get one.
Just got the basic DMR from a silver pack. It’s totally possible.
If you are purchasing Gold packs, then you are doing it wrong.
Try only buying Silver Packs. Silver packs awards you with REQs that range from Common to Rare.
Most DMRs are Rare weapons and you are more likely to get it through a Silver pack than a Gold pack.
Remember, Silver packs are 5000 RP while Gold packs are 10000 RP. Both packs still award you with 2 permanent unlocks.
It’s faster and more efficient to use a Silver pack than a Gold pack for a DMR.
Yeah, I’ve got 2 DMR skins (Last Dawn and Green Machine) but no DMR. Even though I’m only level 43, I’m still pretty pissed, that I haven’t got a DMR.

I am same, level 52, 2 skins and i have got every battle rifle and every smg but not one dmr!!!
I have nearly all common and un common items in the the game. I think I’m missing about 6 items from each customisation list but I have all common to uncommon loadouts. Oh. and a whole bunch of legendarys and ultra rares, I even have a collection of bayonets, but as I’m sure you’ve guessed, no DMR.
And then even the little things like, when I play fiesta, half the time I spawn with assault rifle magnum or some funny -Yoink- like that.
I get the simplicity of RNG’s but really, you put NO safeguards in place to protect that one unlucky player?
