Why can't I change my emblem colors ?? Please help

While I play halo 5 guardians I’m unable to change my emblem colors and it’s been an issue for a long time. If anyone reads this I beg for any help

Hello CoyteKiller! When you enter the Emblem Color customization menu, could you press ‘Y’ to “Change with Preset Colors” and then try to change colors again?

When you enter the select colour area, randomly “mash” the X, Y, A and B buttons (this seems to work for a few people).
