I’ve just got done playing the Halo Reach Campaign on Herioc so I could get the CQB Helmet unlocked. I’m trying to go to the Halo Waypoint on Xbox 360 so I can unlock the helmet in game but I can’t load up the part where I view all the Halo Waypoint armor and how to unlock it. It always tells me when I’m trying to load it up, “Error, There was an error loading your article from the Halo Waypoint server”. The waypoint was working just fine the other day and now I can’t access my armor. Please help. Thanks.
I keep having this problem too though the awards part and armor section of reach never loads for me, that message always pops up, I’d appreciate also if anyone has any way to fix this as well.

Sadly, I’ve been told that the Halo Waypoint app is done with, replaced instead with the Halo Channel app for mobile devices and XB1, but from the sounds of it, that app is for videos, not for doing any unlocks (I think?).

There is a currently glitch with 360 Waypoint that somehow stopped achievements, and game stats from unlocking stuff. The webteam knows of this issue, but it isnt a priority due to 343i moving forward.
Guys I think I fixed it! So I was playing through halo 4 and just finishing the campaign, then I played a little online and then I thought I’d go look on waypoint at the new videos I unlocked, then I start getting avatar awards unlocked and when I look I finally have my ODST armor I unlocked and that’s not all I can now get the reach armor too! So it seems that playing some halo 4 and unlocking maybe an award for it in waypoint seems to fix it, that or online, but anyway hopefully this’ll fix it for anybody else having this issue, feel free if it works to spread the message and I hope I’ve helped resolve the issue for at least some of you.
How do you get into the halo reach armour section
On waypoint I believe you go into the reach service record tab, I’m sure it’s that.
